We didn’t end up staying at this location due to the indoor pool and hot tub being permanently shut down by the city! I cancelled reservation and found a different hotel that met our needs and wants! When I called to cancel reservation the staff I spoke to was very nice and understanding about the situation and cancelled my reservation with no fees or penalties!

Just bad.

The stay here was not good. Started with the front desk gal talking on her personal phone and telling me i needed to wait to check in till she was done, then when asking her where the room was, she just pointed and said upstairs, and then left the desk to go outside. Then we get to our room, and though we booked a room with 2 queen beds, they were 2 full beds instead. There was dirt on the floor still, the tiles in the bathroom broken, the toilet broken, trash on the counter, and light bulb out in the room. Overall, we will probably never stay at an econolodge again.

Unpleasant

The exterior trash cans were all overflowing and had trash stacked or thrown next to them. The door to enter next to our parking spot nearly came off the hinges when we came inside. Elevator floor was very dirty plywood and made strange sounds. Our room was okay but the bed and pillows were very much in need of an upgrade. Couldn't get any extra pillows or blankets were told none available. Pool area closed by health department, so not a pleasant experience.

Cold building but warm reception

The service overall was fantastic I enjoyed it very much the only disappointing thing was is that I was there on the very last day of the pool and then it was closed permanently the breakfast was not great but not bad it would do nothing fancy definitely one thing I had to note I was there when it was very cold outside and the thing about that place it was very cold inside it wasn't bad in the room but like in the Halls and going to any of the adjacent rooms that weren't a part of the main building it was flat out freezing and if you're going in the winter time you should be aware that it's probably going to be pretty cold in there if it's pretty cold outside but overall I would give it a good experience they were very accommodating and once again the service was wonderful and yes I did go see the Bonnie and Clyde Museum thing

Good Location but the toilet didn’t work well, the sink had no hot water, broken floor tiles, and the bed was broken.

Ok place to lay your head.

It was an older hotel. Little rough around the edges. It's fine for just a night to sleep. TV worked well. They're was free washer and dryer. Pool is out of order permanently. Breakfast want something to write home about. Scrabble eggs, sausage, biscuits, some dried cereal, apples, one hot cereal and bagels. Juice and milk.
