Restroom floor so slippery
Booked a two queen bed stay. Arrived and they stated they overbooked. Only a king bed was available for a family of 4. Manager not very helpful.

The room did not appear that it had been cleaned. The linens on the bed were either stained or dirty. The lamp shades were stained and completely dirty. The room smelled horrible and the floor was very spongy as if it were rotting. The staff on checkout was friendly. My wife’s card was charged for the room though I had pre-paid and booked through Expedia. I would NOT recommend staying here. I was completely grossed out and hope I don’t have bed bugs or something else now.

Selected the hotel due to the recent remodel and good price. We had a couple of small problems with the room after check in, which staff addressed efficiently. Rough looking people loitering outsude the hotel would lend me to not recommend for a family trip.
I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the floor because it was gross The refrigerator didn't work, so I asked for another one, which they did swap out but left a huge puddle of water from the old one on the floor and the didn't even bother to clean it up so I had to clean it up. The property is in desperate need of a major renovation. It's in bad shape and I will not be staying there again
The checkin clerk was polite & accommodating. It was downhill from there. The room was filthy and several items were broken and previous guests had left food. After visiting the hospital we went straight to bed only to realize that we had been sleeping with bugs all night! I took the pillow with the bugs to the front desk. Instead of apologizing and taking the infested pillow he instructed me not to get bugs on the counter and leave it in the room. I put it in the bath to avoid contamination with other bedding. When I spoke to the day clerk, the incident hadn’t been reported. I didn’t bother to file a complaint about breakfast. It was 6:00 and there were several guests waiting and the light was out. I asked what time breakfast started, he told me 6:00 and threw some muffins in a basket. We checked out and went to Dennys for breakfast costing us $27. Breakfast included is always an amenity that I consider when booking. I was told that I would have to go to hotels.com to get a refund!

The bathroom toilet would not flush.Had to ask him for a plunger.I had to plunge it .i took a shower and the tub wouldnt drain.we told front deskThe shower couldn't take a shower because the water stood in the bathtub. I'm supposed to have a king ne. Size were bad, ended up with a 2 Queen.

It was ok. I did have to use a wet wipe to clean toilet. There was an open can of Sprite in refrigerator. An empty bottle of alcohol on entertainment center. We didn’t get any plastic cups or a bag for ice. Sheets were clean.
I needed a last minute booking. The room was $70. The building is pretty beat up, but the room was clean, except that a previous guest appears to have ripped the smoke detector out of the ceiling. Oh, and one of the smoke detectors in the hallway outside the room needs a new battery and is beeping. I let the front desk clerk know. We'll see if she does anything about it. Also there are a lot of signs in the parking lot saying they are not responsible for automobile theft or damage. We'll see if my car is still there in the morning.
The floor in our room was filthy.our 1 year old was filthy after crawling for 5 minutes. The toilet would not flush unless you took the back of the tank off and jiggled the valve. The bathroom door knob was broken and there was a whitish coagulated substance on the door trim that may or may not have been tooth paste. When I went to check out I stood there for 5 minutes and there was no attendant. Not a good stay
