Heating the pool does require an additional fee based on how many days you rent & the season, please inquire at least 1 week before your arrival if you’re interested.. You are still invited to enjoy the pool/lazy river as a cold plunge experience. The home has many other amazing amenities we invite you to use as well.

For your safety, Please be advised that there are cameras located on every corner of the home as well as a front door camera and other locations around the perimeter of the home, for a total of 12. No cameras are located in private spaces.

Please be advised that the pool / hot tub service provider and landscaping services are conducted on Mondays & Thursdays. There is no discount for the services taking place on these days, please book your reservation with this in mind.

Please no illegal drugs of any kind.

Please smoke at least 20” from any opening of the home, smoke remediation fees of up to $1,000 will be charged. Please put butts in the “butts can”.

No animals of any kind are allowed on the premises. An undisclosed animal will result in a fee of $1,000 per animal per night.

Absolutely no glass near the pool. Glass in the pool is grounds for completely draining and cleaning of the pool and will result in a fee of $10,000.

Commercial photography is only allowed with a prepaid fee.

Small gatherings and celebrations such as yoga practice with friends and small day time guest visitors for a small birthday celebration are only allowed with a prepaid fee if it includes guest not on the reservation and staying the night.

Per our current permit, we are only allowed to host up to 8 guest, however, we can accommodate up to 16. The advertised price is for 8 people, additional guest may be added for $100 per person per day. Please inquire.

Please note, we are not able to offer any refunds for weather or any other reasons, we highly recommend you consider purchasing private travel insurance.

The maximum amount of cars permitted on the property is 8. All cars must be parked on the property or risk towing at your own expense. Should the house receive a citation due to parking on the street you will be responsible for payment of the citation.

Official check in time is 5pm.
Upon Request, Check in can be done in person between the hours of 5pm and 9pm, within 1 week of your arrival, please give a 1 hour window in which you will be checking in so we may meet you at the property.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST:
When available, we do offer early check in & late check out when prearranged the fee is $100/hr. When not prearranged the late check out fee is $300/hr or any portion of the hour over 5 minutes to cover a larger emergency cleaning team so we can meet the expectations of the guest checking in after you.

Please note that the early check-in requests for the per-hour fee (as stated) must be made no later than two days before check-in. Additionally, these requests are not guaranteed until the morning of check-in. Guests must request and pay for early check-in before noon on the day of arrival.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
We will gladly accommodate luggage, refrigerator item drop off etc when prearranged with a 48hr notice and a $60 prepaid fee.
