This house, which sleeps up to 6 people, has a lovely air-conditioned living room with a lounge/dining area, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 2000 m² wooded exterior with a large terrace for enjoying a good meal in the sun!

The 90 m² single-storey home is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright, air-conditioned living room with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table for six and direct access to the garden via a bay window.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room includes: a table with 2 seats, a fridge, an oven, hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), bunk bed (sleeps 2), chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- Shower room with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
- An unfenced plot of 2000 m² planted with trees.
- A 10 x 5 terrace with a large table seating 10 people, garden chairs and barbecue for enjoying a good meal outside!

A washing machine is available for stays of a week or more.

Quiet area, ideal for getting away from it all while remaining close to the village and all its amenities, around 2 km from the centre of Joyeuse.
