Luxury BEACH VILLA with private jacuzzi at walking distance from sandy beach

Villa Ooghduyne is a beautifully decorated beach villa with private jacuzzi for 7 to 9 people within walking distance of beautiful dunes with sandy beach stretching out for many kilometers. The holiday villa has a fantastic location, on the edge of the 5-star Beach Resort Ooghduyne in Julianadorp aan Zee with a panoramic view of the dune landscape and the lighthouse.

The southwest-facing free garden of 700 m2 with various terraces offers a lot of privacy. There is a sunny, sheltered terrace with a lovely lounge set with parasol and large dining table. A shell terrace with an open fireplace, where you can sit around a cozy campfire in the evening. As well a terrace with private 4-person whirlpool, where you can enjoy a hydro-massage and a wave seat, looking out over (bulbs) fields and the dunes. All stress and fatigue will immediately slip away from you here.

The villa is quietly situated, at the end of a dead end street, so without traffic. There are 3 parking places on site. In the lockable storage room you will find various garden equipment, including the cushions for the lounge sofa, barbecue and extra garden chairs. You can also store your own beach equipment here. The park facilities and the beach exit are a short walk away.

Via a bicycle and walking path (car free) you reach the dune entrance after 1200m, which provides access to the wide, quiet sandy beaches. You can enjoy fresh air along kilometers of sandy beaches. Julianadorp-aan-Zee counts the most sun hours of the Netherlands. On the beach there are several beach pavilions, of which Paal 6 is open all year round.

Description of the villa:
The 140m2 living area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer comfortable accommodation for 7 to 9 people. The villa is light and spacious, attractively furnished and equipped with all comforts, such as WiFi wireless internet, TV, Apple TV, DVD player and a sound system. In the living room you can enjoy a wood-fired fire in the sitting area in the evening, or games at the dining table. The living room is connected to a fully equipped and well equipped kitchen (including a induction plate, large fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave). The kitchen turns into the "winter garden", a conservatory with a glass roof and its own sitting area. On the ground floor there is also a spacious 2-person bedroom and large bathroom with bath with shower, washing machine, dryer and baby table.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2-person, 1-person and 4-person with a large double bed and a large, sturdy bunk bed) and a bathroom with a spacious, separate shower. All bedrooms have first-class Auping beds (90x200) for a good night's sleep and cozy furnishings.

Please note: You can only book the villa for a long weekend (3 nights from Fri to Mon), a midweek (4 nights from Mon to Fri) or on a weekly basis with arrival on Friday or Monday. And in July and August only on a weekly basis with changeover day on Friday.

Surroundings:
The villa is located on the outer edge of the Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne, one of the most exclusive parks in the Netherlands. The facilities are of excellent quality and offer numerous recreational activities, all within walking distance of our villa. The park is spacious and very suitable for families with children. Of course, all parking facilities are available to our guests for a fee. The main park facilities are: swimming pool with 55m super slide and rapids, solarium, sauna, playgrounds and fields, bouncy castle, indoor playground, tennis courts, bowling alley, miniature golf, breakfast / sandwich service, bicycle and bollard car hire, brasserie and an A-status 9-holes golf course. Those who do not yet have a golf certificate can play at the 9-hole family golf course. For food and drinks you can visit Juliandorp, the beach pavilions or at the park at Brasserie Sandz and Restaurant Steaks & Burgers.

In addition to the attractive places Callantsoog, Schagen, Schoorl, Bergen and Alkmaar (cheese market), many museums and various trips are possible in the immediate vicinity, such as a visit to seals in Ecomare on Texel (ferry at 8 km). Or a day in Amsterdam (by train you are at Amsterdam Central Station 1:25).

In this beautiful beach villa and versatile holiday environment you are guaranteed a wonderful stay every season!

In the top class spa, with underwater lighting, you can enjoy 4-5 people with soft bubbling and sparkling water (39º C), to a soothing hydromassage with powerful rotating jets on your whole body. The spa offers 3-4 seats and 1 sun lounger and is equipped with a special Wave Seat and a romantic duo seat. Every place gives you a different (massage) experience. The spa is therefore highly recommended. This private spa can be booked optionally (at a surcharge) up to a week before the start of your stay. The supplementary fee is € 120 for a weekend or midweek and € 175 for a week. Or € 225 for stays longer than 1 week.

For ecological reasons we calculate the energy consumption based on your consumption. The modern villa is well insulated. Normally the energy costs are on average € 10 per day, depending on the applicable energy prices, the season and use of the spa. After the stay, the energy costs based on meter readings are deducted from your advance payment.

In Julianadorp aan Zee, the tourist tax to be paid is € 2,15 p. p.p. n.
Pets are welcome (max 2). There is a surcharge of € 65 per pet.
