Updated Bella Vista Condo On Carlin Park -Walking Distance to Beach

Coastal Luxury Meets Quiet Comfort: Steps from Jupiter Beach
3 BR / 3 BA | Completely Remodeled | Secure, Quiet Community

Escape the cold and immerse yourself in the best of Jupiter. Located in the exclusive, park-side community of Bella Vista on the Park, this 1,800 sq. ft. upper villa has been meticulously reimagined from top to bottom. Whether you are here for a destination wedding, a family getaway, or a seasonal retreat, you’ll find a bright, modern sanctuary where the only thing missing is the sound of traffic.

The Modern Luxury Experience
We have spared no expense in ensuring this home feels brand new. Our recent top-to-bottom renovation includes:

Gourmet Kitchen: Stunning quartz countertops and high-end equipment.

Three New Bathrooms: Featuring modern finishes, including two private en-suites for the master bedrooms.

Designer Finishes: All-new flooring (including gorgeous wood on the second level), fresh blinds, and stylish window treatments throughout.

Comfort & Safety: New high-efficiency AC, plus Low-E impact-rated hurricane windows and doors for total peace of mind and a whisper-quiet interior.

Outdoor Living Redefined
Florida living is all about the breeze. Enjoy our private sun deck featuring brand-new patio furniture and a remote-controlled SunBrella—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset dinner for six in the shade.

Space for Everyone (Sleeps 6)
Our two-story layout offers maximum privacy for groups:

Main Floor:

Master Suite 1: King bed with a private, newly renovated en-suite bath.

Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds located directly adjacent to a bath.

Living & Dining: Open-concept space with seating for 6 adults and a breakfast bar for casual mornings.

Upper Floor:

Master Suite 2: A second King bed with a private en-suite bath.

The Loft: A cozy additional seating area featuring a Queen-size sleeper sofa.

Walk to Everything
Forget the car! From our front door, you are within walking distance to:

The Beach: Pristine sands and the Atlantic surf.

Dining: Local favorites like The Twisted Tuna (Lunch/Dinner) and Duke’s Lazy Loggerhead Cafe (the best beachside breakfast).

Recreation: Direct access to Carlin Park, the community pool, and tennis courts.

Explore Jupiter & Beyond
When you’re ready to explore, you are minutes away from the Jupiter Lighthouse, the Broadway-caliber Maltz Theatre, and the upscale shops at Harbourside Place.

Foodie Favorites: Just a short drive to Food Shack, Dive Bar, Harbourside Restaurants, Papichulol, and Utiki.

Day Trips: We recommend a scenic drive down to Worth Avenue (the Rodeo Drive of Florida) or a peaceful afternoon at the Morikami Japanese Gardens.

Why You’ll Love It Here
"We love this community because it is incredibly secure and quiet. You won't hear the hum of the highway here—just the sounds of the nearby park. It’s the perfect place to relax after a wedding or a long winter."

Thank you so much for our stay at this beautiful and clean condo! Centrally located to everything Jupiter. We were in town for a wedding with 5 adults and with 3 BR/3BA had absolutely no challenge getting ready and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Kitchen was clean and stocked and all new appliances. Bedrooms/bathrooms clean and nice and the beds all were comfortable. The pool was really nice with covered seating area as well as chairs/loungers under umbrellas. Very pleased and thankful for a great stay!
