The outdoor back yard features a waterfall-style pool, jacuzzi, covered lanai, and barbecue. Completely newly furnished it offers a king master bedroom suite with a beautiful master bath, 4 extra large bedrooms with 3 queen bedroom furnished sets and 1 full bedroom sets and 2 additional full baths. Large formal living room with full pullout couch set brings the total sleeping accommodations to 12 people. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters cherry cabinets completely equipped with full appliances and all utensils and chinaware, ready for your enjoyment. Fully stocked with all linens for your use. Large family room with 2 37 inch flat screens. Large Washer/dryer available for your use. Three car garages available as well as additional boat/RV garage with its own driveway!

No hot water in one bathroom.

We rented the Spanish Villa for four nights for a family wedding weekend. When we arrived we found there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The plumber arrived the following afternoon and advised they could not fix during our stay. We had nine adults staying in the house and were forced to have to use just two bathrooms, which was not an ideal situation. When I reached out to the owner I asked for a reduction in the price of our stay due to the inconvenience. He told me he would only discount a future stay.

Felt like home

We came for the month of March and specifically to watch Cardinals spring training games. Short driving distance to anything we needed and the neighbor was extremely helpful. It was great having a washer and dryer and we, of course, loved the heated pool.

Tropical Paradise in Your Backyard!

Pool and hot tub in backyard were awesome, one suggestion we would make is to trim or remove the tall palms on the south side to allow more sun around the pool but still awesome outdoor area. Manager was extremely nice and answered any questions we had quickly.

Great family gathering for the holidays!

We had downsized from a big house to a Condo and did not have enough space for our family gatherings. We rented this Villa - not far from our home in Jupiter and finally got our entire clan - 8 adults and 4 children under one roof. It was a memorable experience for all of us facilitated by this big house with enough room both inside and outside and a very helpful property manager. Thank you to all who made this possible.

The rental experience was excellent. The property was well stocked and a great layout. Having a large group with ages from 4 months to 66 years , the property fit our needs perfectly! The host was very responsive and the week was awesome!

Great property manager and pool area

We loved the property manager
 she was so kind and provided us with fresh eggs during our stay. The property is on a beautiful lot with a wonderful outdoor area with pool and hot tub. The grill does need to be replaced and the TV has a somewhat tricky content provider. That said we were not there to watch TV and it could be we are just not tech savvy! Overall we loved the area and had a lovely stay.

Fantastic home for our Florida family gathering!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the pool and outdoor entertaining area were an absolute highlight and Cathie the property manager was incredible - responsive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the property for families or other large groups - especially those with children who need room to run, swim and play. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Had a great stay with my family at the house. Property manager Cathie was such a pleasure to work with, and any time something was needed she was quick to respond. Cathie made you feel as if you were part of her own family. Plenty of room for the family and the pool was the main attraction to the house. All the rooms had plenty of sheets and pillows.

Great House for sports tourney ......

We came down for a lacrosse event and instead of a hotel we stayed at the house. Plenty of room for all and fantastic back yard and pool area. The house is a little outdated and needs some TLC but everything worked fine and provided 5 true bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Yes this house isn't near the beach but it's right off the expressway and you can be at the beach in 15min. Property manager was great!

AMAZING!!!

Family Florida Vacation

Our Florida trip was great, our kids and grandkids all together, it was so much fun. The house was perfect, plenty big, and the pool was so nice. It did rain a lot, but we still had a Wonderfull time. Probably June is not the best month to go, next time we go like April or May weather wise. Cathy was also great, and super nice. I have to say the area of Jupiter is so plush and beautiful. Thank you so much.

The on site manager, Cathie, made our stay perfect! The rooms, beds, and living space was great for our family of 10 with two young kids. The outdoor seating was great at all times of the day. Pool was a wonderful amenity.. The kitchen was limited for serving pieces but plenty of dishes and glasses. Great stay in Jupiter!

Perfect Family Gathering Location!

An exceptional experience! We live local and were hosting a family wedding within 2 miles of the property. To add to the 'reunion style' gathering we envisioned, this property was perfect! An absolutely gorgeous home - fit for a larger gathering or small, this is luxurious. It was also our families first introduction to renting a home and they were thrilled and impressed. Our northern relatives enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially in December as they had all just left snow! The ability for the elders to cook meals in such an elaborate and well stocked kitchen for the family truly added a special touch to our entire weekend event. Everything was exceptionally clean, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and extra sets of sheets as the children utilized air mattresses with all their cousins. The entire experience was far above any hotel venue could have provided f or our extended family. We're grateful to have this in our community and for other visitors to utilize. The short drive to the beach to see sunrise was utilized and Jupiter gave it's picturesque crystal turquoise view as always. From beginning to end, the customer service from the property manager was exceptional, an absolute 5 star experience. The property manager was accommodating, hands on helpful, quick and an absolute 'gem'. She extended much support and her personality, patience and special touches meant the world to us. Hosting a range of ages from a very blessed 90 to 2 years old, was no small task, and we could not have managed it without this property and her assistance. The number of photos taken at the house were evidence of a terrific experience! If your considering this location, absolutely book it! You will not be disappointed!
