Both homes are fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation including a gourmet kitchens to prepare your favorite meals. The Lanais are equipped with outdoor kitchenettes and BBQ grills and plenty of lounging and dining spaces for your entire group. These homes include private garages and additional parking spaces and ensuite full size washers and dryers.



These luxurious villas are located within the 38 family-friendly acres of the Honua Kai Resort and Spa, designed with relaxation and memory-making in mind, offering guests an unmatched resort experience while proving residential living at its finest. These villas boasts a combined 4094 sq. ft. of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to wide lanais, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.



Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility and front desk, Duke’s beach house restaurant and Whaler’s general store.

TAX

The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);



Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.



OCCUPANCY:

Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.

One infant is allowed without additional fees.



Bed Split Fee:

$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in each of the guest bedrooms.



AC Notice :

Occasionally, some of the AC units in the villas fail. When they fail, we instal a portable AC for our guests comfort. If the portable AC is installed in one of the master bedrooms, they vent out through the lanai and that particular lanai will not be accessible during your stay.

The bedroom lanais are hardly used. The mail lanai off the living room is always available.
