UNIT 203 (Remodeled in 2020) 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Central Air-Conditioned Unit with a full kitchen, dining area, living room & 2 lanais. The bedrooms and Living Room all have an ocean view. A NEW pull-out sofa that turns into a Queen Bed allows for up to 2 additional guests. All New Window and Sliding Door Coverings installed in May 2021.

Located in North Kaananapli just a couple of miles north of Whalers Village and the Canary.

Unit 203 has an excellent location in the resort, close to the water, beach, pool, and restaurant with ocean views. If you book 203 you are guaranteed Unit 203. No one at the front desk will say sorry, it isn't available.
This unit was remodeled in September 2020 including Master Bathroom; Guest Bathroom, Master Suite, Guest Suite, lighting, 3 TVs, a lounge sofa, a lounge chair, and all-new artwork. All new appliances including a range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer & dishwasher were also added as part of this remodel. The New Sofa and Reclining Lounge Chair are perfect for a nap or watching TV when not out enjoying Maui.
There is a New (2025) Large Washer and Dryer inside the unit for your use along with plenty of laundry detergent.
All the Kitchen Amenities you will need including a coffee pot, toaster, blender, crockpot, knife set, and all the silver, cooking utensils, and dishes are available in the unit.
Kaanapali Shores is an oceanfront development offering hotel-style amenities: an oceanside restaurant, two pools, two jacuzzies, lighted tennis courts, a fitness and massage center, a salon, a jewelry store, a sundry store, outdoor grills, and more. The garden pool was rebuilt in 2015, featuring a water pool, cascade bubblers, water jets, a rock island, and a bridge. The Ocean Pool was just remodeled (2024).
Other amenities include a hand cart for food and luggage transportation from the parking lot. Iron, Ironing Board, Umbrellas for those warm showers and Misc. Beach Equipment.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. It felt like home. The location was amazing, the view was amazing, and the family room/kitchen/bathrooms/ and bedrooms were fantastic. My teen kids had their own beds with plenty of room for the two of them while we were in the master. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in house vs expensive dinners every night. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The pools were also fantastic, and of course the beach. Wow!! We were fortunate to have a large beach with super soft sand and a relatively calm ocean that was good for swimming. Also, the sunsets from this location were heavily as we watched the sun dip into the ocean every night. Thank you for renting your place to us, and having it such a clean and comfortable level. We will definitely return.

We stayed here for 9 nights in the end of August as a family of three and really enjoyed our time. The location was fantastic, and we loved having a room facing both the pool and the beach. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as plenty of items for the pool and beach—like boards, chairs, and inflatables—which made our stay even easier.One of the highlights was how close everything was, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the area. We also had some unforgettable experiences right on the beach, spotting sea turtles and even a monk seal.The only thing we felt could be improved was the cleanliness of the condo and the building overall.

Beautiful Condo with great location.

We had an amazing time staying at Aston Kaanapali Shores. The property is beautiful and having a bar/restaurant on property made it even better. I would highly recommend this unit as it has everything you need, is well placed and the owners communicated with us every step of the way. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could.

Excellent property and location with great views

I recently stayed there with my husband, 16 year old step daughter and 14 year old step son and we had the time of our life. The condo was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for and reasonably priced for what it is. The location couldn't have been better with the board walk out front, close proximity to Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village. The owner made a great recommendation for a rental car as well so we got a great deal on that. View was great grounds were beautiful. I would definitely stay there and recommend it for friends who are visiting the island.

Perfect Family Vacation

Has everything and more!

This unit is has two beautiful rooms and 2 full bathrooms- more than enough space for the 5 of us! They were kind enough to provide us with beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, and floaties to use during our stay. Also, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need from oil, rice cooker, spices, paper towels. They even left us some detergent and fabric softener sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels. My kids said it was like being at home but at a tropical paradise. I was able to see the pool from the room and watch the beautiful sunsets every evening. It really was the perfect home away from home.

Sweet Kaanapali Condo

First, the owners were great. Awesome communications. Detailed messages regarding property, check in etc. The View was great! Overlooked the pool and beach. So close to everything we love to do - hiking, snorkeling, scuba diving, fine dining as well as food trucks and everything in between.Of course, all the amenities of a comfortable condo rental, including a day spa.We usually stay in the Wailea area condos, but this was great for being able to see and experience the west side of Maui.Loved it.Frank

Three generation family trip

Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously.There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't provided for us. The 2 lanais had the most incredible views especially the sunsets. We hope we can all come back and stay again next winter.
