Welcome to Papakea K301. This updated Papakea Resort 1 bed, 1 bath fully stocked condo is in a great location with beautiful Ocean and Resort Views. This bright & airy condo has coastal vibes throughout & can accommodate 4 people. It comes with all the household items you'll need to make amazing Maui memories. The resort has amenities galore including tropical koi pond, putting greens, tennis and pickle ball courts, pools, spas, BBQ area, cabana, 24 hour front desk, ample parking, & more.

The layout:

Bedroom: King size bed, TV with cable, closet space, and fan. Bathroom: Walk in shower, toilet, and single vanity sink with storage.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar(2 seats), bistro/work table for 2 people, large smart TV with cable, pull out sofa sleeper, and comfortable sitting chair. Washer/dryer is located in the hallway closest. Beach gear is available for your use in the closet(NO snorkel gear). There is a window AC unit in living room only.
Lanai: Pub table for 2 and a lounge chair.

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, 12 oz luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

This unit offers plenty of beach gear for your use. Walk to food truck parks, farmers market, shops, and more. Papakea is a true resort with every amenity you'll need to make amazing Maui memories. There is stair drop in access to the water for snorkeling or there is useable beach is just a short walk next door.

***UPDATE: As of July 1 2025 the Resort fee from Aston of $25 day will no longer be collected. Only bookings before July 1 2025 have to pay this fee at the front desk upon check in.***

We have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
