The Mahana is a quiet resort and Unit 802 is high above the palm trees, for an unobstructed Ocean view overlooking neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. Perfect for whale watching or relaxing on the daybed on the lanai.

Studio condo has new KING Novaform mattres and black out shades for a restful sleep. Also stocked with everything you will need for a great vacation, including beach chairs, umbrella, luxurious linens, L'Occitane soaps and shampoos.

The Mahana is an Oceanfront condo resort on the northern end of Kaanapali Beach, with an authentic Old Hawaiian feel and mature landscaping. The tree canopy along the entrance to The Mahana gives it a romantic and relaxing ambiance. It is 50 feet from the Ocean and all condos have private glass balconies, allowing for amazing views of Lanai and Molokai. The location on Kaanapali Beach is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, or just relaxing at the pool. There is a scenic beach walk that takes you to Black Rock and Whaler's Village. We don't have a restaurant at The Mahana, but Duke's is next door at Honua Kai and there is a great selection of restaurants a short walk away, as well as Times Market and Farmer's Market.

Our clean and well-stocked condo has everything you will need for a memorable and restful vacation, including:

- Upgraded high speed Wifi internet

- 50 inch 4K Roku TV with High Definition Programming, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, and Netflix included!

- Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, binoculars, and Maui guidebooks to help plan your adventures on the island


You will love The Mahana's heated pool and spa, poolside bath houses with showers, tennis court, shuffleboard court, two separate BBQ grill areas, and FREE PARKING!

You can use the pool, hot tub, grills, and beach chairs on the oceanfront lawn.

I will follow up to make sure that guests are comfortable in the condo. Sonia Peters, our Property Manager, lives nearby for all emergencies, though please contact me first.

Perfect location on the quiet northern end of Kaanapali Beach. Great snorkeling in front of the resort on the sandy beach. The Times Market is less than 1/4 mile away on Honoapiilani Highway, in a strip mall with other restaurants and coffee shops. There are other Farmer's Markets close by. There is a beachfront path that starts to the south of The Mahana and goes two miles, to the Hyatt. It will pass through Black Rock, the Sheraton, and Whaler's Village.

Rental car is strongly recommended, though Uber is also a great option in getting around. Please call me if you do not plan on renting a car so that we can thoroughly discuss other options.

Parking is free at The Mahana. Please print out your parking pass from the computers in the lobby and place it on your dashboard. I will have you registered through the Mahana Owner's website, so just enter your last name, rental car license plate, and condo number 802.
- Studio Condo with king sized bed will accommodate two people. No smoking allowed. Please be courteous of other neighbors and guests. Check in time is 4pm (FIRM), check out time is 11am. Late Check-outs (if available) are $100.00 and you are welcomed to stay until 8pm on your check out date.
- Includes parking and in room wifi.
- We have stocked the condo with beach towels, L'Occitane bath products, beach chairs, umbrella, and collapsible cooler for you to use.

We absolutely LOVED staying in this condo. The view is unbeatable! Humpback whales, huge turtles, beautiful sunsets all from the comfort of the private lanai. Swimmable beaches are just steps away, as well as some great restaurants. Across the street is a grocery store and there are some pretty good food trucks by the parking lot. We had great communication with the host and an easy check in/check out. Would definitely book this condo again!

Amazing views

We loved our stay at the Mahana. The property is very clean with a nice beach to walk. The boardwalk is easy to get to and you can also walk 5 minutes for groceries. Louis was very responsive and we had no issues.

Highly recommend this excellent studio. It's beautifully renovated and tastefully designed, with everything a single person or couple would need and then some. The view from the large balcony is spectacular, with a nice, never crowded beach below, great sightings of surfers and whales, and a perfect sunset over the island of Lanai. The building is well cared for and the pool is great. The owners made sure everything was taken care of and they were only a text away. Thank you, this will be my go-to place when I return!

Wonderful and cozy

We stayed at this property on Maui for two nights, finishing up a three-island visit of Hawaii. The owners were so kind and attentive, texting us and making sure we had everything that was needed. They made suggestions as to where to visit and eat. I can't say enough how gracious they were to us. The owner's graciousness was also reflected in the property. It is clean, has a wonderful view off the balcony, with easy access to Kaanapali beach. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and everything you need to make light meals. There are beach chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach. The resort that it is in is also very nice, with lawn chairs to watch the ocean waves if you want to stay off of the sand. When I return to Maui, I plan to come back to this property. It is a perfect location in Kaanapali for two people to stay in. A huge thank you to the owners! We appreciated your kindness so much!

We saw whales everyday while we stayed at the Mahana. Our stay was relaxing and couldn’t have asked for a smoother check in process. It’s seems odd to say this but when it comes to non stick pans I’m picky about there being scratches and all the pans where in great condition and I was very impressed by that. This place is a perfect stay for a couple. The mahana is close to the board walk and we were able to go for a walk every day. So excited for your next trip

Wonderful place to stay in Maui!

Such a great location and a wonderful space to really relax and enjoy Maui. Easy access and close to anything you need. Walking distance to Duke's and the boardwalk. The whale watching from the lanai is something else! Highly recommend!

Wedding Anniversary Maui Trip

We enjoyed ourselves immensely! We were able to see sea turtles and whales from our balcony. The condo was comfortable and clean - perfect for us! We had not been to Maui in 20 years and again it did not disappoint! I work in the travel industry and I highly recommend 802 Mahana! Louis was an amazing host with great ideas for us. Perfect Stay

We had an excellent stay in Maui at this property. It is a beautiful studio sized condo with an ocean view. We stayed three nights as a part of a longer two week trip visiting Maui and Kauai.The condo had everything needed for a stay on the beach. We saw plenty of whales from the comfort of the balcony. The check in process was simple (access code) and Louis, the owner, was kind and helpful. He checked in with us via text to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Overall, an excellent stay and would visit again.

Absolutely the best!

This was the cleanest most well equipped condo we have ever rented. No detail was overlooked. Everything you could possibly need was provided, from backpack beach chairs to boogie boards to a very complete kitchen. The view from the deck is amazing. The pool and hot tub are spotlessly clean. The beach is steps away. We are already in the process of booking another trip. Very highly recommend!

The property is even more beautiful than the listing shows. We spent many hours on the lanai watching whales, enjoying the sunsets and reading while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Fantastic!!!!

Beautifully situated condo. Gorgeous ocean view, we saw sea turtles swimming along the shoreline and whales breaching the waters in the horizon! Just fascinating. Louis was so attentive and made sure we were good checking in and open to offer recommendations throughout our trip. The property was clean and cozy, just the way you want to feel even more on holiday

Incredible Stay!

My partner and I stayed in this suite in October 2021. We had an incredible time. The suite was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The view is outstanding. Great neighbourhood, nice little beach boardwalk walk along the water. You can walk to the beach or short drive to other beach options. Walking distance to Dukes restaurant. The building and resort itself was nice and well kept. Communication with the host was great. Will stay again and recommend!

Maui oasis!

Louis property was exactly what was needed for our stay in Maui. Louis was extremely pleasant to work with and helpful in all ways. The condo was the perfect accommodation for our honeymoon! You can’t beat the view. Location was just outside of Lahaina making it easy to get to dining and shops as well as many options available for beaches close by. This property was exactly as presented. Can’t say enough about the owner. Very easy to contact and respond to us. Because we had a 9:00 pm flight, he allowed us to have a late check out. Very appreciated. Also the concierge was especially great. Great vacation was had by all.
