設備面は基本的に良かった。コンセントがたくさんあったし、快適に寝れた。 良くなかったのはスタッフ。こちらは暴風雨に遭い飛行機が尋常じゃないくらい揺れ、やっとの思いでホテルに着いた(その状態も説明した)のにシステムの不備とやらでチェックインシステムが反応せず。何度もチャレンジさせられたが無理なら別な方法を模索してほしい。また、応対するスタッフが代わるたびにこちらの情報が何も引き継がれておらず、話が最初からやり直しになる。同じ話を何度もするハメになった。 総じて、お客の状況よりも自分たちの都合で物事を進めようとしていた態度が感じられた。もう少しお客側の状況を慮り業務を進めてもらいたい。

駅から10分程度歩くけど、道々、飲食店とか並んでいて、距離感は苦になりません。 施設は、金属ドアで隣と部屋とぶち抜き可能の仕上げになっているせいか、隣のテレビの音が少しですが漏れ聞こえてきました。

朝ご飯か゛ひどかった。刺身は水っぽく、小さく、小さな切れ端のようなものがいくつか出てきただけ。解凍が下手なのかスポンジのような食感だった。 ご飯も柔らかく炊いたものがくっつきあって、モソモソしており団子のようだった。しかも温度がぬるい。 このひどさはなかなかないと思いました。
