Kahana Village #29 Beach Front Standard

Our Beach House provides peace, serenity, beauty, seclusion, fabulous sunsets, lovely tradewinds, beach front location, views of two islands (Molokai and Lanai), ocean views from EVERY window in the house. Watch the tide ebb and flow. You'll never want to leave.
This unit is most comfortably suited for two travelers with a maximum occupancy of four people.

We are located on the Kaea Point with unobstructed views. Our reef-protected ocean cove is perfect for snorkeling, fishing, kayaking and beach combing. There is also a 40 foot diameter swimming pool and oversized deck for pool side gatherings. The complex has a pavilion for private parties and includes a barbecue and Jacuzzi and is close to the pool and the beach. Golf, shopping and world-class dining is just a short drive away.

Kahana Village #29

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Kahana Village condos. What I liked most is that it is quaint little property (approx. 35 units), the outside gardens were lush and well maintained, it is located on the beach and the views were simply amazing. The property management people were nice to deal with. We stayed in Unit 29 which had gorgeous views from every room; however, the interior needs some refurbishing (believe me on this). The Wednesday night mai tia party was fun and included free mia tias, snacks, and entertainment. The barbecues became the nightly meeting place to have a drink, enjoy the sunset, and visit with other guests as your food was cooking. I would highly recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay at Kahanna Village. We visit Maui every year & have stayed in several different complexes-- this is, by far, our favorite. Our 1st visit we stayed in unit 5; it was newly decorated & had a beautiful view. The next year we selected unit 29, & fell in love with it. The decor is a bit mundane, but it's a quiet end-unit, very private, & offers spectacular, panaramic views of the ocean from every room, including the kitchen! Now we book #29 every year❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 29 is without a doubt the best unit in Kahana Village. Incredible views of Lanai, Molokai and the channel where all the whales play all day long. My only complaint with 29 is that the furniture is not very comfortable. A nice plushy sectional would do wonders for the living room.

Wasn't clean, shoddy workmanship on repairs, and outdated. For the price, should have been much better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of the trip was falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night. It was clean. Some things could use updating and it would be helpful to have an instruction list for how to work the tv's. Also, the electric outlets in the master bedroom didn't work.

Relaxing Get-away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice, relaxing stay at Kahana Village. The nominal extra charge for the corner unit with all ocean views was definitely worth the price. Loved going to sleep listening to the ocean every night. We liked that the condo was within a short drive of shopping and dining but still had a remote feel. The only thing we were not too pleased with was the comfort of the living room furniture. Felt like it was made for very short people and the cushions were quite hard.
