Wake up to the ocean breeze, the sound of waves and the gorgeous Maui sun. Our large lanai offers you views of the neighbouring island of Lana'i, along with ocean and poolside views to enjoy a romantic meal any time of day or night. Imagine watching the whales (seasonal), the spectacular Maui sunsets, or be mesmerised by the gorgeous night sky, all from the privacy of your lanai. We provide beach towels, free internet, TV, DVD and an concierge desk to book all your activities and restaurant reservations.

Our relaxing studio condo is located in the popular Royal Kahana Resort, one of West Maui's premier vacation destinations. The Royal Kahana is a beautiful ocean front complex situated on Kahana Beach in the scenic and tranquil area of Kahana. It is conveniently located between between the larger resort areas of Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay and is a short drive to the historic whaling town of Lahaina. When driving into the Kahana area you will notice its ideal location allows you to vacation in a relaxed and quiet resort atmosphere, but away from the high density, larger resort areas. The property is conveniently located to many world class beaches and golf courses, shops, restaurants, activities and sightseeing. Many of these are located within a few blocks walk from the condo. While enjoying spectacular ocean front views, you can BBQ on the poolside grills, enjoy swimming and relaxing in the large heated pool, or sunbath on the large pool deck or oceanfront lawn area. This picturesque ocean view also includes a view of the neighbouring islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i. You may enjoy exercising in the free on-site fitness centre or having fun playing ping pong or shuffleboard. The Royal Kahana offers an on site activities desk to conveniently book all your fun filled activities, such as snorkelling and diving, whale watching excursions ( from December- April), sunset and dinner cruises. You can book it all! Enjoy boogie boarding, stand up paddle boarding, surfing, or strolling on a nearby beach. Your endless activities await! Just Imagine!


Please note we advertise this property as ocean front, not beach front, even though seasonally there may be a beach available. The beach at this property is affected by seasons, ocean currents, tides and storms that can change the appearance and size of the beach out front. The Royal Kahana has put into effect that all stays are required to pay a $18.00 per night, plus tax parking fee payable to The Front Desk at time of check in.
