A split A/C unit is also equipped in the living room as well as ceiling fans to help stay cool.

This ground-floor unit features an expansive lanai with a dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and ample counterspace to make meal prepping a breeze.
