Beautiful Upgraded, spacious ground floor 2 bedroom + loft and 2 bathroom

condo. Large Smart Flat screen TV in living room and both bedrooms. Newly

added split AC system in the vaulted living room/loft and in both bedrooms as

well, including ceiling fans throughout, making your stay cool and

comfortable. Screened in lanai with lovely garden view. Fully equipped modern

kitchen with all the amenities you might need. Comfortable King sized bed in

master bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Bunk beds in the loft and two Twins XL

beds in downstairs bedroom. Laundry center for added convenience. Flat front-

door entrance so wheelchair accessible and free parking just outside your

unit. All linens and towels are provided.



Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of

world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully

manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle

and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to

a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We

have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ

grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos

in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

especially ants.

My family of five utilized every part of this home. We played cards on the lanai, prepared meals, retreated to our beds for space, and relaxed together in the great room. The sound of birds and the beautiful grounds feels so peaceful.

Staycation

We live in Honolulu and wanted a weekend staycation with our 20 yr old sons. This was a great place, very relaxing and lots of room. It is a fairly long walk to the beach though but we drove and parked in the free public parking at the hotel. Lei Leis is a nearby restaurant and the food and service are excellent! They also do take out.

Stay at Turtle Bay Condo

The condo is very nice and bright, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to Turtle bay. People who live in the gated condo area were very friendly. We recommend the place and would stay there again.

Great location, functional for family traveling with grand parent so room on first floor was great. All appliances were working. One minor comment is to provide more garbage bags 😀

Great location on the North Shore. Property was as described. There are AC units in the bedrooms and only a fan in the loft. Those sleeping in the loft got pretty hot at night. Overall pleased with our stay

Great location

Overall good experience but had some issues. The oven handle immediately fell off when trying to open it, the front entry way flooded from a loose hose with the washing machine, and the cleaning fee is over $600 which is outrageous. The advertisement says updated kitchen, but it does not have anything that would be considered updated. The neighbors were doing construction so the noise was pretty bad for a few days. The internet is extremely slow and you can't watch a show on Netflix without it buffering every minute. The pros would be it's in a beautiful location and there were plenty of beds for the space. Just overall not worth the price paid.
