Pice listed is for BOTH studios!❤️Enjoy the beautiful beaches and luxury of the famous turtle bay resort for a fraction of the price. This condo has everything you need! Two queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, a futon, 2 smart TVs, 2 dressers, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and AC unit in both studios. Walk out your front door to a beautiful swimming pool or walk out the back door to up scale tennis courts.
Also the owner of this condo also owns Jetty Betty Surf School and if you are a guest of the condo you are entitled to 25% off any surfing lessons or stand-up paddle boarding tours!!

Beautiful Turtle Bay Area
Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity. Five star service! My only suggestion is to be more clear that it really isn't two units (there are two sleeping areas- - one in the middle of the kitchen/living room and the other a private bedroom) but for what needed it still worked really well.

Spring break at Turtle Bay
The property description, although technically correct, is very misleading. As others have stated, this was a one bedroom 1.5 bathroom single unit condo, which was renovated to add an additional exterior door and a bed was put in the living room/kitchen area. The listing makes it seem like you would be getting two traditional condos. It's in a good location on the north shore, though it’s still a ten minute walk from the Turtle Bay Hotel. And it didn’t seem to be affiliated in any way with the Hotel and their amenities. The cleanliness was just OK. Under the bed was dusty. It’s in the first floor and the upstairs condo had people who were loud and insulation between the floors was minimal (hard to control that). Pillows were a little flat/old. I had to initiate the communication with property management for arrival information. Response was prompt and sufficient.

Great location!!
Location is great! Property is aged but still nice! The washer and dryer is a nice perk also. Communication with the owner was great. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. The walls need a good scrub and maybe some new bedsheets.

Not what was advertised
This was a one bedroom condo with a bed in the living room. The listing clearly states two full efficiency apartments. The accomodations may be fine for a family with children but not for two couples. Only two towels were available when we checked in. We called owner and were accused of being rude for calling at 8 pm. We had just gotten in as flight was delayed. One shower did not drain properly so we all used one shower.

Ad was miss leading it is a 1 bedroom 2 bath confo with a queen bed in the living dining room .
It is NOT 2 separate town homes. Luckily the weather was amazing and we only had to sleep there. Cleanliness was also questionable. Our main complaint was the lack of honesty in the ad.

Wonderful accommodations/location!
Very much enjoyed our 2-night stay here! The location was great - easy access to and wide range of dining options and lots of great beach/ areas to explore within walking distance! The condo was very homey/comfortable and the second bedroom/bathroom were perfect for our family. It had all the basic kitchen supplies and lots of extras - lovely patio, pool across parking area, beach supplies, parking right outside the unit, washer/dryer, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Disappointing Start: Dirty Conditions, Slow Host Response, Unable to Stay First Night
During our stay at the property titled "Two Studios at the Turtle Bay Resort! ❤️ Price listed is for BOTH Studios," we encountered some challenges that impacted our overall experience. The property, advertised as having two studios, is, in reality, a one-bedroom condo with a queen bed in the living room. The images may be misleading, showing four different bedspreads that suggest two studios, while there are only two beds. Upon our late arrival at 10:00 PM, we found the property unprepared with dirty sheets on the floor, one bed lacking sheets, no clean towels, wet towels in the washing machine, an empty toilet paper roll, and trash in the bins. Attempts to contact the host went unanswered until 3:00 AM, causing inconvenience. Although the host offered a refund for the cleaning fee, we believe a refund for the first night is warranted as the property was not suitable for occupancy. Clear communication, accurate listings, the expectation of a clean property, and the essential need for both hosts and guests to uphold the standards expected in vacation rentals are fundamental for a positive guest experience, as outlined in VRBO's terms and conditions."

Hidden gem!
My friend and I were so blessed to find this getaway for New Year’s Eve! The facilities are beautiful and the beach is a pleasant walk away. Everything was so nice and so comfortable, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again! Thank you Vanessa!
