This luxury condominium is located on the 18 Tee, Kona Country Club golf course. Country Club Villas offers many on site amenities. Enjoy this quiet convenient location where you can enjoy 3 swimming pools each have BBQ areas, 3 hot tubs, and tennis and pickleball courts all on site. Within walking distance to one of the nicest and most popular renowned Keauhou Bay. This recreation area offers an almost endless array of ocean sports. This luxury condo not only offers both golf and ocean views! Recently renovated this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath also provides AC in Master & Livingroom. But with the cross breeze of Mountain and Ocean you probably won't need to use it. This elegant and updated suite comes with well equipped with Internet access, TV, full Kitchen and all the accoutrements of home. A queen bed and 2 twins offer plenty of sleeping accommodations. Relax on the over-sized lanai and watch the sunsets. Being on the 18 Tee it is a blast watching the golfers as well! “H” Bay is located just minutes away for great swimming and night diving. The world famous Kona Manta Ray night dive is a few blocks away in front of the Sheraton Hotel Resort! We have 3 rentals total. Photos in this VRBO site is only for unit 227 at Country Club Villas.

Big Island get away

We stayed in the condo for 3 weeks. Condo was equipped with almost everything you would need for a stay. The lanai was great to watch the golfers, ocean and the Sunsets were amazing! Living room was comfortable, bed was comfortable as well, but squeaky when sitting on the bed, or tossing and turning. The condo complex was quiet, pool was never busy, and it was nice have a designated parking spot. The condo is central to most tourist attractions, with the volcano and Hilo the furthest away at 2 hours, but certainly worth the drive to both places.

specifically searched for ADA property for wheelchair-dependant brother. This unit has plenty of space to manouver wheelchair, good grab bars for shower and toilet. Shower chair is not adequate.Kitchen is very well equipped. Knives are sharp. Coffee grinder requires use of one of them!Lovely view of sea and golf course. Owner is very responsive and friendly.

Relaxing time

We enjoyed the location and being within walking distance of a shopping center. The view from the lanai was relaxing and a great way to spend the day and evenings. The full kitchen and propane grill outside allowed us to enjoy the view with our meals. Great communication with Lisa both before and during our stay. Clean unit and wonderful experience overall.

Great place for families

Love that the condo had a fully stocked kitchen with all the practically needs. The fridge had a good filtered water/ice machine. This is the first time we didnt need to buy water. The unit was perfectly located right next to the pool which was empty half the time. We travel a lot to Kona for family and has stsyed in several Keauhou condos. This has been the best one yet!!!

The property was beautiful! They had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The Manager, Lisa, was so very sweet and so helpful. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The sunset was awesome. This is the most beautiful island I have ever seen. The people are so nice too. One young girl gave me a lei. It was close to lots of things.

Great unit, great location

Older unit with some nice updates. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, beach gear. Location is a short walk to Keauhou shopping centre and easy access to the highway. Lisa was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, Convenient, and a View

We stayed for 4 nights here on the Big Island. This place is an older property with updated kitchen and bathroom vanities. Many original decor, such as the popcorn ceiling and older ceiling fans are still there. However, everything is very well kept and cared for. There is a large comfortable sofa in the living room with a big screen TV. A bbq grill on the lanai is also very convenient for grilling. The kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses. It feels like a real kitchen, not a vacation home kitchen with basics. The rooms and the floor were clean, even the lanai where we ate many meals. In unit washer and dryer also made it easy to do laundry. Full size refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Dishwasher works well enough. The only thing that didn’t work was few of the lightbulbs were out in both showers and one in the kitchen. The location is 3 minutes to grocery store and few nearby restaurants. You can get to many local beaches in less than 20 minutes, with the closest just 5 minutes away. There is a reserved parking space in front of the unit so it was very convenient. We were there in JAN and we were able to view the sunset over the ocean at dinner time out on the lanai. Yes, it is not ocean front but you can see the ocean at a distance. The condominiums are adjacent to the golf course so the lanai also has a view of the golf course. I would consider staying here again.

Location Location Location!

Our family spent a week here in December. Typical for Hawaii townhouses, the 2xx units are street level, but on floor above the ground on the back side. It was nice not dealing with steps for luggage or cooler every day. The owner supplies the unit with starter paper towels and TP, however you do need to shop/supply your own. The view off the large lanai or balcony is adorned with Hawaiian trees on the golf course. The ocean is half a mile from the condo and is the perfect distance / height (170 feet) to appreciate a wide angle of the ocean. It's difficult to leave, you want to stay and relax here! Lisa was available any time we needed her and very pleasant. Aloha!

Golfers Paradise!

Loved the location with lovely lanai overlooking the 18th hole - at any time of the day we had inspiring view of golfers, greenery, palm trees and gorgeous evening sunsets. On our first day there we could see whales frolicking in the ocean from the lanai - aided by the nice set of binoculars we found in the closet, we were treated to an amazing spectacle! The condo was very clean, modern, well maintained and very comfortable. Pools and tennis courts were accessible and nicely kept. Location is perfect - close to shopping, Kailua-Kona and all kinds of water sports. The unit was easily accessible and well set up for us older folks - which was very appreciated. Mahalo - we want to come back soon!
