1. The road into the property was dreadful. 2. To access the restroom/shower, you had to go OUTSIDE to another building; not good, especially in the middle of the night! Apart from that, I have NEVER stayed at a place where the bathroom was in a different building. I wouldn't even think to ask where the restroom is located; it should be a given! 3. The parking was very tedious. 4. Found several bugs in the room. 5. Maybe it was on us, but the tv seemed stuck on one channel - the movie channel. Tried everything but unable to change channels. 6. Inadequate garbage facilities in room. 7. Apart from the portable closet, no place for your clothes. 8. A very small room. In summary, this place was a disaster. I have used Expedia many times for reservations and have always been very satisfied; not so this time. We were charged a good rate for this property and were completely disappointed. My overall rating: this place should not even be listed on Expedia as available; it is beneath you and us. Call me if you have questions.

The room was okay. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the room. Staff was helpful as a couple of cockroaches ended up in the room. They were immediately on site to help remove them.

Owner was very accommodating. Room was beautifully appointed. We had a peaceful lanai to have coffee and snacks. We were surprised to find a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster for use during our stay. Walking distance to a snorkeling beach.

The location of this retreat is very nice and not far from KOA airport. We arrived the airport at later night but able to check in our room smoothly. Really appreciate the flexibility it offers. The room is clean and full of amenities. Within the retreat, there are club house, laundry place and BBQ place, very cute and well maintained. Thank you for hosting us! .

This was an out-of-the-way quiet location. I didn’t see many people around, which made you feel like you had a lot of privacy. The parking is a little complicated and we did not have room service. There were ants in our room which crawled across the bed. That was unfortunate.

We had a WONDERFUL stay, rooms were comfortable and super clean!! You cannot see the ocean from the surfer room, but there is a wonderful outdoor kitchen/Lanai just up the stairs where we could see a mildly obstructed view of the ocean. We will def be back!
