To the hotel valet (IAN) Thank you for your kindness towards Aunties! Entire hotel staff is fantastic and so very helpful and polite and Very welcoming! Our room was spotless clean and beautiful! Beautiful shops with plenty of variety of gifts. Hotel grounds are amazingly awesome and the beach accessible big plus! Thanks to everyone for wonderful accommodations. God bless!

Very nice stay, even considering there was a massive event going. The staff is incredibly friendly, there’s a bunch of shops/amenities inside the place, getting in and out from town was easy. It’s not the most incredible resort beach, but for the price it’s fine. Easily travel to other beaches nearby. Only negative I have was the aircon didn’t work one night, but was quickly resolved. Would come back

Filthy, RUDE staff and unkempt. We were there FOUR DAYS…requested the room to be clean on numerous occasions….NO ONE EVER CAME TO CLEAN THE ROOM! Mold and dirty everywhere..inside and outside of the room. This was the absolute worst Marriott branded location that we’ve ever stayed in! Mold in the shower stall, stains on the carpet, inside & outside of the room. A distinct #2 smell in the room. The facility is older than a lot of places…but old should not mean dirty and filthy.

The check in was so easy, the front desk attendant was so helpful. Even though we checked in at 11pm she was so cheerful and kind. I think her name was Coya? The room is gorgeous, the bed is so comfortable and we have everything we could need in the room. We love it!

The beach and pool were great, easily accessible. Plenty of activities to enjoy. We booked the submarine and swimming with the manta rays. The food at the luau was delicious and event was top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!
