To the hotel valet (IAN) Thank you for your kindness towards Aunties! Entire hotel staff is fantastic and so very helpful and polite and Very welcoming! Our room was spotless clean and beautiful! Beautiful shops with plenty of variety of gifts. Hotel grounds are amazingly awesome and the beach accessible big plus! Thanks to everyone for wonderful accommodations. God bless!

We moved here unexpectedly after our original hotel lost power, and it turned out to be a huge upgrade. The Courtyard was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. We could walk to everything: the beach, shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just steps away. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed but well-kept. Even with the last-minute booking, our stay felt seamless and stress-free. I’d choose this hotel again without hesitation.

The property and location were amazing! We had the best time! The buffet was a bit chaotic and the pool staff were incredible but understaffed. The only down side was the house keeping rarely came. We have a baby and so having the room cleaned and garbage taken out would have been helpful. We loved the location and will be back again!

This place is great! I won’t ding this hotel anything because it’s my preference; I like firmer beds but the beds here were a little too soft for me. Overall would recommend! Everything in the city is walkable and the atmosphere is great.

The ability to walk all over kona was amazing, the waters had so many different shades of blue and the food of the city was phenomenal. Had such an amazing time and can't wait to come back.

Great place and close to everything.

We stayed here for the 4th of July a day before we checked in to our timeshare. We picked this hotel specifically because we had seen the parade went by the hotel and it has a great little beach. The hotel is very nice and clean. We got 2 free welcome Mai Tais, welcome shell necklaces and option for sand buckets and tools for the kids. The pool is so nice and it’s connected to a shopping center and walking distance to shopping center and restaurants in Kona. We plan on staying here again next year.
