This one-bedroom condo is a hidden gem in the heart of Kailua-Kona, conveniently located close to downtown Kona and Ali'i Drive. The unit features a brand-new king-size bed and modern amenities throughout the cozy space, along with one bathroom. A full kitchen, complete with all the gadgets a coffee lover would appreciate, including a Nespresso machine, adds to the convenience. Come and enjoy this great place while taking in all that Kona has to offer.

Situated just minutes from iconic Alii Drive, this recently renovated, quaint, and modern condo has everything you need. Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by a freshly updated space. The bright hallway leads you into the living room, where you can relax in the air-conditioned comfort after a day in the sun. There is a queen pull-out sofa for guests' comfort, along with a smart television that displays art when not in use. The one-bedroom is adjacent to the living room and features privacy doors that can be kept open for an open flow or closed for privacy.

You'll have the convenience of being close to downtown Kona from this property, with the option to rent bikes off Alii Drive and explore the town. Whether you choose to dine out or cook in the well-equipped kitchen, it's ready to meet your needs. Pros- parking, within walking distance to downtown Kona, 1.5 miles from Planet Fitness, pool, laundry is updated, great walk in shower, kitchen has plenty of equipment and is a full kitchen, ceiling fans, wall unit air conditioner which cools the entire unit, king size comfortable bed, any issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner Cons- birds that will keep you up at night with their never ending chirping, we had a sound machine to drown them out, unit smelled like a locker room, we used incense to help with the smell, directions for TV need updating, no outside view, patio door looks into a parking lot so a bamboo fence is in front of the patio door, no natural light, closet doors need adjusting

Excellent apartment just outside Kona

We were very impressed with this unit for the price, location, and care put into it. Great little amenities like beach equipment, guides, and a good kitchen. Nice big TV if you need to watch a movie, and easy check in / out. The shower was great too. We really liked how quiet the area was despite being walkable to southern Kona. Would recommend.

Perfect location

A fantastic place to stay if you want to explore. The property is within walking distance of several beaches, restaurants, a farmers market, and coffee shops, and shopping areas. Beautiful nighttime views and an amazing bed.

Nice and easy

Check in and check out process was easy. Close to multiple nice beaches and good food. If I had to come up with any complaints, it would be the bed was really firm. But that is more of a preference, so no real way to get that right 100% of the time. Overall awesome time on the big island, will definitely do it again!

The Condo is perfect for two people. Parking spot was right on for access to Condo. Everyone we met during our 10 day stay was very polite. Tip: keep AC running and fans on and you will be comfortable.

The overall experience was okay. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep and relax inside the room then this will suit you. If on the other hand want to sit outside on a nice patio or have some type of view then this is not recommended for you. We had problems with the internet and management could not help us. We spent well over two hours calling providers to finally resolve the issue.

Kona Mansion

The unit was very nice, clean and close to everything. Management addressed the only issue we had, which was minor, very quickly and professionally. The only items I would suggest be addressed are replacing the kitchen knives and peeler which are starting to get worn out. I would also suggest better directions from the airport as the maps app took us to the wrong side of the complex and at night was difficult to find.

Nice studio

Good location for walking to downtown Kona and avoiding the struggle to find parking. Unit was clean and comfortable; laundry in the unit is a huge plus. Beach towels and chairs are available; the beach chairs backpack straps are all broken, so keep this in mind when lugging your stuff to the beach. There is minimal natural light and no view whatsoever from this unit. Probably not an issue if you’re there for vacation and will be gone all day. I was primarily working, so in the unit all day. There are crews running leaf blowers most days, but otherwise the unit was very quiet and I could not hear the neighbors above or next to the unit. Parking is close, too. Would rent again.
