The Space:

The unit has Handicap accessible countertops. A washer and dryer included in the unit. Easy walk out to the pool and oceanfront from the footsteps of your private lanai.

The Neighborhood:

This well-maintained Oceanfront complex is located right on the famous Alii Drive! It is in a great location - only a short walk to the center of town and easy to explore the rest of the island from here. To the north along Alii Drive, it is approximately one mile to the restaurants and shops in Kailua-Kona, and less than two miles to Kailua Pier. To the south along Alii Drive, Magic Sands Beach Park and the popular snorkeling spot, Kahalu'u Beach Park, are both within three and half miles. For a day-trip, you can get to the beautiful white sand beach at Hapuna Beach State Park in less than an hour.



Getting Around:

The entire condo is your domain while renting this condo. You have access to all complex amenities including the pool and BBQ area.

• Trash and recycle is located north of the building in a small garage.

• Remember the complex has quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

• All trash should be removed frequently so the little island creatures don’t move in!

Great for business or a long vacation, especially for the snowbirds. The unit has cable TV & Wi-fi, a pool, BBQ areas for your use, assigned parking space, and 30 days minimum stay.
