Aloha! Welcome to Paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii!

Our condo is located in the beautiful "The Sea Village" condo complex (unit 3216). We also own the 1 bedroom condo (unit 3217) right beside (VRBO # 1197944). This 2 bedroom condo over looks the pacific ocean with breathtaking views, & incredible sunsets from the comfort of your own lanai. A perfect place to sit back, relax, & enjoy every minute of your vacation.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It has been completely renovated. It is a definite MUST SEE! Attention to detail has been made to every aspect of the design, and construction. The condo is very bright, with a lovely breeze that flows in from the ocean. It is impeccably maintained and extremely clean. The condo has 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bath ensuite with a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, with an accessible full bathroom. The condo is also very kid friendly.

From the condo you can watch dolphins playing, whales migrating, and fish jumping. For those looking for more adventure...you can swim & snorkel right off the rocks seen from the lanai.

The condo grounds are meticulously maintained. The pool & jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall, just feet from the ocean. The BBQ's and picnic tables are perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning sunsets while preparing your meals.

The condo is conveniently located. Only minutes away from the town of Kona, 8 miles south of the airport, and close to many stunning beaches, and golf courses.

Topics to note:

1) Construction:
As with all buildings & towns - construction/maintenance is inevitable at certain times throughout the year. Construction/maintenance at the Sea Village complex or areas surrounding the condo is beyond our control. We do not offer refunds, relocations, or discounts for construction. If there is excessive noise beyond normal working hours (typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays), we will attempt to contact the construction site manager regarding working hours.

2) Bugs:
Some bugs are part of living in the tropics and can be present in even the cleanest accommodations. Therefore, routine insect spraying is part of life in the tropics. If treatment is scheduled during your stay, a notice will be posted in advance. Remove garbage regularly, and store all food in containers or in the refrigerator. If you do notice insects, please let us know and we'll have extra treatment done on the next monthly treatment cycle. Infestations will be treated ASAP.

3) Travel Insurance:
We STRONGLY recommend "cancel for any reason" travel insurance for our guests. We hope you understand, that as an individual owner, we cannot take on the role of travel insurer. We will only provide refunds in line with the VRBO cancellation policy. If you would like to be eligible to receive a refund beyond the VRBO cancellation policy for issues such as health or family emergencies, flight changes or cancellations, volcanic eruptions that do not threaten the condo, work schedule changes, the potential for reduced air quality, and more, please purchase coverage from your favorite travel insurer (we've had requests for refunds for almost all these reasons from guests who didn't purchase coverage).

4) NO A/C -The condo does not have air conditioning. The condo is cooled by the ocean breeze which flows comfortably throughout the condo. There are ceiling fans and stand alone fans for those who need a cooler temperature.

5) The Big Island offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Whether you're seeking adrenaline-pumping activities or peaceful tranquility and family time, this island paradise has it all.

This is a fabulous property, right on the ocean and the views are amazing! We saw humpback whales and dolphins from the lanai, and the sunsets were stunning. The location is also pretty close to shops and restaurants in Kona. Will highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book this again in the future. The only con from our stay was that the remotes for the fans (which also have the ceiling lights) were very finnicky, they had mentioned this in the check-in instructions, but I'd rather they would have fixed the issue instead. As a result in the master bedroom we were stuck with a fan running at full speed and with no ceiling light. Another thing to keep in mind is that no toiletries are included, upon inquiring we were told it is by design as different customers have different preferences, so please make sure to bring your own body wash etc. Other than these we had an amazing stay of 6 days, and would love to come back again.

we loved the unit,however,the TV was way to small to watch from the davenport,you could not read the newsline on the bottom. The outside shade was wonderful blocking the afternoon sun. the inside where you sit on the sofa,there is no shade,so we had to move the sofa to get out of the direct afternoon sun,We ended up stacking the boxes and the ironing board, plus sofa pads to block the sun.

Beautiful View

We chose this condo due to its location, view and features. The condo was conveniently located, making it easy to get to various attractions on Kona. Loved the view from the balcony and with the open floor plan you could enjoy it from the kitchen and living room as well. Having two bedrooms and two baths was great although the shower in the main hall bath was small. Communication from the time of booking until check-out was good. It would have been nice if toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) would have been provided. All in all, it was a great place to stay!

Great location, great view, right at the water, and the best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a condo rental. The property was neat, clean, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to the Big Island.

Second Honeymoon

First trip away with no kids, so we went all out. Amazing property with an amazing view. Having laundry in the condo was great. The fans were needed since no AC but tolerable for late November/December. Very clean condo with a great property, plus having Green Flash Coffee outfront was a plus.

Beautiful View!

The property was very clean, and we appreciated that the flooring was all tile. The view off the lanai is amazing. We appreciated the beach chairs and coolers available in the unit! We have stayed at this complex several times over the years, but this was the first time in this unit. As the shower in the main bath is very small, we think it would be helpful to have a hand-held shower to help with rinsing. The owner of the condo had several personal items and locking cabinets that cut down on space, particularly in the master bedroom. There wasn't much space in either bedroom closet to hang clothing. We probably would not pick November again at this complex as it seemed to be "maintenance" month. The pool was unavailable for 6 of our 14 nights (which we learned about very to our start date), exterior carpets were being cleaned in the outdoor stairwells and halls, and they came into our unit to perform a pesticide treatment. Otherwise, things were great.

Wonderful Place to stay for 2 weeks

We stayed here for our 35th wedding anniversary for 2 weeks. The unit has all the amenities you would need and any issues or concerns were immediately addressed by the host who even called us when we were a little concerned with what had happened, This had nothing to do with the unit and was not a safety issue. You really don't need AC if you follow what is recommended and just leave everything open, there is such a nice breeze most days. I can wholly recommend this unit for a nice quiet stay. It was so nice we actually never ate out as we had the best seat in the house at sunset for happy hour and could grill to our hearts content at the gas grills located near by. The location was fabulous! We saw pods of dolphins on many day just off the Lanai. I would recommend that you do a thorough inventory of all the stuff available before you go out to get supplies, this unit is loaded with what you need for your stay and we bought some things that we later found out were already there. Mahalo to the owners and Aloha to all who stay here, you will not be disappointed, How could you in such a beautiful Location! Thank you to VRBO, Cullen and Whitney!

Lovely home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kona Hawaii - Sea Village, the space was great a very convenient for our family of four with two bedrooms, comfortable beds and storage, two baths and spacious living/kitchen area. We had all our needs covered including a wonderful view to the ocean from the lanai!. We appreciated the clean and minimalist atmosphere of the space - my wife loves mermaids and was happy seeing the theme through out the apartment, nice touch!. And the place has all the accessories for a fun family vacation, from coolers, beach chairs and umbrella, buggy boards, snorkels etc., which was such a convenient set of extra amenities, would be good to list them in the VRBO site. We thank you Whitney and Cullien for opening your home to us, we will definitely look forward to be back to Sea Village when we visit the Big Island again. Mahalo!!

Beautiful ocean view!

Loved our stay here. Was perfect for group of 4 adults- would have been tight with any more. The apartment itself is immaculate, as well as the beautiful grounds of the condo complex- we particularly loved the grill area and watching the sunset from the hottub. The location was perfect, quiet but still close enough to walk downtown to restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and in a great location. We were able to see the whales and dolphins from the lanai. The condo was spacious and just right for us four adults. We could only find one set of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for each bathroom. There were beach towels though. We just purchased some wash cloths to use while we were there and did laundry almost every day. Even though there was no air conditioning, there was good air flow from the lanai door and windows, and ceiling fans. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Walking out on the balcony to be right on he ocean was awesome. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Our hostess was so kind and the condo was so clean. I would absolutely recommend this place and a very short distance to a luau.

Loved this VRBO! Amazing views, spacious and in awesome location. I only wish it would have mentioned the no AC but it was doable for the most part when opened windows and turned the fans on full blast. Definitely would recommend this place and stay here again.

Excellent Location

Condo was perfect and view was amazing! We even got to watch dolphins spin and flip one day aff the lanai! Host was very helpful and listing was accurate. Only downside was no air-conditioning but we left the screen doors and windows open which helped. Definitely recommend unit to others.

Beautiful location

Aloha! We had a beautiful trip to Kona and loved the condo. The condo complex is extremely well maintained as is the actual unit. The owners are extremely nice and helpful! The condo has everything you need for your trips to the beach, we did buy a beach umbrella which we left. So there were beach chairs, now the umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, sand toys and more. The only thing I wish they had provided was sheets for the couch bed. Mahalo for a wonderful time!
