Holualoa Bay Villas, Unit#105 is absolutely STUNNING! This gorgeous remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is right in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just across the street from the ocean, specifically gorgeous "Holualoa Bay".

Watch waves crashing against the rocky coastline, outrigger canoe paddlers and spectacular gorgeous sunsets right from your HUGE 280 square foot lanai. Lyman’s surf break, beaches and shopping all are close by!

1232 interior square feet of just gorgeousness. A comfortable fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer access, 2 large bathrooms, an Ocean Facing Master Bedroom with King Bed, & A Generously Sized Guest Bedroom as well with a Queen Sized Bed.

Holualoa Bay Villas is a boutique development of only 14 condos that share a large newly remodeled pool and hot tub, a covered barbecue area, two tennis courts and an exercise room.

Host communication not helpful with dead cat

Overall this is a nice place to stay. However a cat died on the lawn directly next to the pool and outdoor grill/ kitchen. We called the property management team right away and then many times over the week. Cat wasn’t removed for five days and instead of apologizing they blamed animal control. Didn’t sit right.

Brautiful unit with fatal flaw.

This is a spacious 2 bedroom unit with a beautiful view of the surf and a huge balcony. All but two are peoples private homes so the vacationers are sparse.at.the properry. The residents want the vacationers to not make noise or receive a fine. By far the biggest issue was the infestation of german Cockroaches. Management was reaponsive but we saw them nearly every day. As i inderstamd it, they are quite difficult.to comtrol. not make not make noise.

Property was amazing, residents at property are discriminatory and made for an unpleasant experience

Property was state of the art with great location and beautiful view. Condo was very clean, updated and supplied with every accommodation needed for my family. Management was great, Check in/out was smooth and ideal. The permanent parties that reside in this building is the main negative to this rental. Several residents there made for a very unpleasant experience with their unwelcoming behaviors. They hassled my children from their balconies while my kids were at the pool. They threatened to fine us for infraction irrelevant to rental agreements. They were very biased and discriminatory towards my family. My wife and I are both active duty service members and I am a native of Hawaii and these individuals made it very uncomfortable for us to be there and truly created an environment that in any other case would of resulted differently if I wasn’t a member of the military. Residents made it hostile and physically and verbally approached my family in the parking structure. Taking pictures of our car and just being rude individuals. This is the prime reason why locals treat mainlanders differently because they come to our island, buy property and think they can act however they want. I would not recommend this place to anyone with kids.

A delightful stay

We had a couple of issues at the beginning but the management took care of them promptly. The condo had friendly neighbors and sea turtles right across the street. There is also a fruit market and we got some nice papayas and passion fruit. Our grandniece loved the pool and we swam every day even if we had spent the day snorkeling. Restaurants were within a 15 min drive and we could access the beach in many places. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Kona staying at this condo. We had a minor problem with the thermostat, I texted the property manager and they responded right away and had the problem fixed ASAP. This condo was everything we could have needed for the week. It also comes with a beautiful view.

Christmas time getaway

Very nice accommodations. Enjoyed the wonderful ocean view, the convenience of having a trolley into town right on the street in front of us, and listening to the Christmas carols sung in the church across the street. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, used the beach chairs and snorkeling gear also. The pool was empty when we wanted to use it (no people in it), an overall wonderful trip.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed at the condo which is near Magic Sands Beach and managed by Knutson & Associates. We had a fantastic experience. They were quick to respond and flexible, accommodating an early check-in and a late checkout which was a huge help to our travel plans. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach gear like boogie boards and snorkel sets. Overall, a great vacation rental experience. Would definitely recommend and book again!

This is a lovely property. Amazing view along Alii Drive. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Most importantly, it was very clean! Many amenities and starter supplies. We took advantage of the pool, bbq, and patio dining area. Very nice! Loved that it is across the street from Living Stones Church. Beautiful setting to worship and receive good teaching.

Awesome rental unit

Beautiful house. Great location. Very responsive hosts.

We were two couples and a 5 month old infant. The hosts were great. We got their late at night due to a delayed flight and missed the door code in the checkin info. But they had a 24hr support line where a gentleman quickly helped us get in by looking up the info. Another time when we requested some additional supplies, they promptly delivered them to us. The location is amazing. Right Infront of a church with service multiple times over the weekend. You can hear the waves crash on the rocks across the road all the time. Not in a disruptive wave though. Very calming. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Condo was completely renovated.

This location was convenient to all our adventures. The condo had been renovated and was like new. The kitchen was fully equipped. Every morning we sat outside on the patio watching the ocean waves. Checking in and out was a breeze. We had a great vacation in Hawaii.
