Knutson & Associates is proud to be offering an incredible direct oceanfront unit in Building 1 at Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! A spectacular second story condominium that is oceanfront living at its finest. Enjoy Relaxation time on your incredible large lanai just a few feet from the water's edge while awaiting Kona's Award Winning Sunsets.

The Living Area is spacious, approximately 1170 interior square feet with the lanai almost another 250 square feet!

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that has everything one could need, with all major appliances: Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Blender, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Cookware, Dishware, All ready for Meals!

The Living Area is open & features A sliding shoji door that opens/closes from the Ocean Facing master bedroom.
The master bathroom features granite counters and a walk-in tile shower with glass doors. Enjoy the use of a washer/dryer in the space as well!
The Master Bedroom Features a King Sized Bed!
The guest bedroom features a Queen Sized & Twin Sized Bed! The Guest Bathroom has a Walk in Shower as well for use too.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Spectacular location, quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to eat most of our meals at the condo while enjoying the sunset. We had no problems and no need to even have contact with the host. Check in and check out was easy. The condo provided beach towels, chairs and snorkeling gear. We highly recommend this host and this condo.

Location was good - ocean is right there and hearing the waves break all night is great. Didn’t need AC. The unit is not newly remodeled - cabinets were worn and there was popcorn ceiling. Linai was nice.

We left after one day due to lack of air conditioning. It was so hot you couldn’t sleep even with every single fan on (like five fans). The lack of air conditioning was one sentence at the end of a very long dissertation about the property, we missed that or we wouldn’t have booked it. I’m also not sure I’d call it remodeled
several outlets are sketchy, cords are run across the floor, second bedroom window is not openable. Obviously not a good experience given we left after one day of a five day reservation.

We come to Kona almost every year. This condo was one of the nicest we've stayed in. The ocean waves kept us very relaxed. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room furniture very comfortable. There was also a good supply of beach equipment. Even though there is no AC, we were very comfortable with the ceiling fans and ocean breeze. I highly recommend this unit.

Can't beat the view!! Don't be concerned about the no A/C... Open up the doors for a cross breeze and they stocked the room with fans so you don't notice it much and we went in late July. Did I mention you can't beat the view?!?!?!

Absolutely breathtaking views! We saw spinner dolphins from the lanai and could not have dreamed of a more perfect place to watch the sunset every night. It was so beautiful here that we chose to cook and eat dinner in every night. It was spacious and equipped with everything you could need and more! We took advantage of the grills outside and enjoyed some time in the pool as well. Nothing can compare to falling asleep and waking to the sounds of the ocean. Definitely would recommend and would love to return one day!

Loved the View, but we will not stay in this condo again.

There were pros and cons. I just want to say the property is amazing. The view is unbeatable, truly breath taking. The condo is stocked with everything beachy from sunhats to beach chairs and boogie boards. Although housekeeping did an amazing job, I felt for the price we paid (5k , 8 days) it could have been overall nicer. I read the reviews and went through the photos in detail before deciding on this property. I may have a different level of cleanliness expectations than some so I acknowledge that firstly, also I know seaside rentals take some damage from the sea air. The kitchen cabinets need some work, some don't close and are pretty dingey inside and out. The couch was really well used and had holes in the fabric. It just overall did not feel the unit was "newly remodeled" as advertised. There is no Air conditioning so if you leave for the day make sure you close the blinds for its nearly impossible to cool down at night. Ultimately our vacation was simply beautiful as always, but we will not stay in that condo again.

Week of relaxation

Great location! Our family enjoyed the lanai each morning and during sunset when we weren’t visiting other parts of the island. We took advantage of all the beach accessories available to us as well as the pool and community barbecues.

Wonderful stay in Kona

Beautiful condo in a great resort with fun amenities. Listened to the sounds of the ocean at night. Management is helpful and responds quickly to questions. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of heading back to this condo next year.

Best sunset ever!

We stayed at this property in early July 2024. The condo was just as described. The condo was fully loaded with pool toys, snorkeling gear and beach chairs and towels. Kids loved the pool and the tennis and volleyball. It was close to everything and the view was absolutely unbeatable!

Beautiful Condo

2 of us stayed in this nice ocean front condo. We found the condo to beautiful and updated. Included are washer, dyer, dishwasher, TVs with cable, beach towel and beach toys. It would have been nice to have some kitchen basics stocked like salt and pepper, a little bit of cooking oil. This is the first time we have stayed at a place with out at least that much.

Breathtaking view

The photos on line do not the view from the lanai justice. We have stayed in many oceanfront properties but this is the best. Unit was clean and very well equipped. It couldn’t have been better.
