The condo had a fantastic view of the rocks and ocean. The day we arrived the surf was up and I could have watched it for hours. The unit was a great size for two people, nice lanai, well stocked kitchen, and thoughtfully furnished including some much appreciated beach gear. Our only suggestion to the owners would be to get the lighting looked at because the lights flickered a lot. Also, the bulbs were different from fixture to fixture - some bright white, some soft, some in between - which really cheapened the look of an otherwise cute place.
This is an awesome property to stay at if you are visiting the Kona area. This unit had incredible views and the nice deck furniture made deck time very enjoyable. This unit is as you see in the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. The condo is very well equipped with everything you will need (beach chairs, towels, cooler etc) and there was even some tasty Kona coffee there for us to enjoy. The unit is very spacious yet cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice quality small appliances as well as cookware and utensils. The grounds, pool area and BBQ's are impeccably kept up. The property management was very responsive to inquiries when we called about a slow drain in the kitchen. It was remedied the same day. Access to the unit and parking was very convenient. The carts to load your items was a nice touch. All in all a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this property. We hope to be back!
