Easily contacted and responsive to our requests. They brought me batteries for freebies! Condo was clean well furnished.AC a little loud but not outrageous.Was great having washer/dryer in unit along with having beach chairs and such. Ceiling Fan on on patio needs balancing.Would definitely recommend!

Directions were clear related to expectations. Lovely view from deck. Complex grounds are beautiful, and shared areas well cared for. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, well supplied. Only complaint we had that while the stove top worked well, the oven loses a lot of heat. If the plan is to do cooking, it could be a challenge.

Wonderful. Cannot imagine a better place to stay in Kona for 9 nights. The view from the lanai was great. Close to town and everything you need. The pool and bbq area was nice as well. The condo is stocked with everything you need. We will return.

Peaceful Place Near the Water and Fun

Nice quiet spot near the water and close enough to shops and food that it is not a big deal to travel. Loved the Lanais and breeze. Great spot!

Perfect location!

This location was perfect for us, just a short five minute drive north to shopping and restaurants and a few minutes away from great snorkeling spots. Super easy check in facility had washer and dryer which was convenient and the balcony views of the ocean and landscaping were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little place near Kona

This trip was definitely not as long as it needed to be but this place was cute and comfortable while we were here. Pros: Place came relatively well stocked, was close to beaches we love, and we could see the ocean from our deck. Cons: Bed in room was uncomfortable and there were ants on the walls. The level of noise from the people upstairs was a little much and the traffic was bad. Overall a nice place but definitely will find something else next time.

Nice ocean facing lanai

The grounds are well maintained. The pool is very nice. It would be helpful to have a "users guide" to help navigate the property. The pool requires a key, we were unaware of that. The touchpad for entering the unit is very hard to see in the evening, not enough light. What are the areas of interest, recommended restaurants. We would have been lost if not for our son living and working in the Kona area. The ocean facing lanai is wonderful and we spent most of our time out there.

The Property was great. no major issues I have some concern that the property has more pool rules and signs than any complex I have ever stayed. Condo Kitchen utensils Frying Pans need replaced Linen were OLD Bathroom towels all had bleach marks These items our simple to fix easliy remedied

Oh, the lanai!

Compact, pretty well equipped unit with stunning views from the lanai. Saltwater pool & gas BBQs available. Appreciated the beach chairs/towels. Only S&P in the pantry, bed pillows/linens were old, the nonstick coating on the frying pans had been scrubbed off. BUT, I would absolutely stay here again just for the lanai!
