This two bedroom, two-bath condo gives you all of that and more! The very nicely updated, very clean condo is perfect for a family visit, or for just a romantic getaway for two! It has a well stocked kitchen, new, comfortable furniture, and all new towels and linens, along with a million dollar view that will all help to make for an absolutely blissful vacation! Kitchen upgraded with all new stainless steel appliances and both bathrooms have beautiful walk-in tiled showers!!! Mini-Split A/C as well!! (Not a separate blower in guest bedroom, so single blower in main room/master suite area)
Located on the second floor in the middle of the oceanfront building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake! Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close-up view of the giant sea turtles (Honu) that come in to feed in the tide pools and also to sun themselves on the beach! (No touching though!)

TrÚs bien situé au bord mer . Nous avons adoré ce condo pour son magnifique emplacement . Terrasse bien meublée avec le son des vagues et de magnifiques couchers de soleil . Secteur tranquille et paisible.Nous avons pu voir aussi des tortues et des surfeurs de la terrasse . TrÚs propre . Excellent accueil , le proprio était disponible pour toutes questions ou problÚme ( pas eu besoin de le joindre ) mais nous avions son no . TrÚs bien équipée de 4 chaises de plages neuves , 1 parasol neuf , 2 glaciÚres , ice pack , serviettes de plages . Nous étions trÚs confortables avec nos filles de 16 et 22 ans . Aussi quelques épices pour cuisiner , savon lessive et lave vaisselle en qté . Beaucoup de serviettes Un peu de café pour nous accueillir Je retournerai sans aucune hésitation si je retourne sur big Island !

Condo layout was great for 4 people. The second bedroom was a little noisy as it faced the walkway and pool, and the slated window didn’t reduce the sound much. Hot tub was pretty small. The lanai faced west and was large, so the sunsets were incredible, and there was enough space to allow all 4 of us to have meals out there. Lots of privacy as well. Close proximity to anything you want to do on the island, and centrally located so you can get to Hilo or the volcano national park within a couple of hours. I would stay here again

We adored this property! The view was stunning and the patio furniture was comfortable. The showers were so nice here, it was like having a spa in our room! The patio door was a bit hard for my elderly mother to open and close. The property manager was so kind and had excellent communication. We were not ready for our visit to be over, and I hope we can come back again soon.

This condo was amazing. The views and beach access were unbelievable. We loved listening to all the nature and ocean sounds.The condo was fully stocked to make it feel like home. Very clean. When we arrived the TV was on with music of Hawaii and it set an immediate mood of our stay.If we make it back to Kona, we are using this condo again! We've been telling everyone about it and showing our amazing photos. Everyone loves them! Any communication we had was met with friendly and welcoming responses. I loved that Holly had personal experience and ideas for making our trip even better.You must pick this unit. You will NOT be sorry. Mahalo!

Amazing stay in Kona

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful, amazing, convenient location that is superbly stocked and has everything you could want/need with an awesome view. Wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore just outside and fall asleep to the sun setting in the west by the palm tree lined horizon.The host is wonderful to work with, so easy and super quick to respond. Didn’t want this trip to end, probably one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at

Thank you for the great place we came back to every night after exploring the island. Both beds were extremely comfortable, the lanai furniture was comfortable as well. Fabulous condo

This is our third time staying at the condo! It is so clean and well equipped for cooking and light cleaning. The lanai is where we spend most of the time as we watch the surfers at Banyan's and the fish in the tidepools. We really appreciate pulling down the sun shades as the sun makes its way towards the west and the ceiling fans on the lanai and throughout the condo help keep us cool. Easy parking and the elevator are really helpful for my older mother. Last but not least, Holly, the property manager is fantastic! We know she will do whatever she can to make our short stay the best it can be.
