The condo is clean with new fixtures, cabinets and floors. The bathroom is very nice! The decor and furniture are spartan — more like a hotel than someone’s home. The kitchen was adequately stocked with plates, utensils, pans, etc. Lots of great towels for both bath and beach! The in room washer/dryer is a fantastic amenity. Four stars instead of five bc the bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable for me. It’s memory foam and very soft. Otherwise, our stay was a delight.

Thought the unit contained a washer/dryer as wording did not mention coin laundry. Short on silverware but think that will be taken care of. Really a great property, lot of returning guests which speaks for itself

My parents stayed in this apartment and found it well-equipped and the perfect place to finish our trip to Hawaii! We enjoyed whale-spout sightings and sunsets from the beach, played games at the pool, and sipped coffee from the lanai. Perfect! We stayed in a unit across from them and it worked out great!

Lovely Stay

Had a nice stay over the holidays at this condo. The pools and the on-site beach area were great. Used the gas BBQ one night and it worked as it should. Location was alright, we wished we were slightly closer to town but it the 25 minute walk still wasn't bad. Only complaint is that the beach amenities could be improved. There were no beach chairs and the umbrellas were almost non-functional. While it is understood that these were not advertised we have found them to be standard when renting a condo in Hawaii.

Shady lanai on quiet end of the building.

Perfect for a months stay for 2. From this unit you look down on the garden, fountains and its birds, rather than the busier pool areas. You can sit on the lanai even in the heat of the day as its on the shady side of the building. We cooked/BBQed all our meals and ate them on the lanai. Especially loved the saltwater pool oceanside. This unit is one of only a few with elevator access (no stairs.) The condo is an easy walk to Kona and 45-min drive north or south to the best snorkeling beaches on the island. The management company was exceptional in its responsiveness when small issues arose. We've booked again for next year. Small suggestions: needs a drying rack for wet swimuits and a couple of beach chairs.

Super friendly and peaceful

This place is great, will definitely stay here again. Just out of the huddle of Kona, but a 5 minute drive to stores and restaurants. Love watching and listening to the birds. The people here are super friendly and treat you like a long lost friend. The room is sufficiently stocked with everything you need and more. The bed is super comfy. Strongly recommend! Aloha!

3 1/2 week stay

Certainly not new but sufficient for the price and clean and everything is working. Everything but personal things are present (e.g. kitchen equipment, bodyboard, games etc.) which includes one flaw: there is hardly space in cupboards for personal things. Nice barbeques and pools. All in all a very pleasant stay: always again.

Wonderful Stay

Great location and views. Loved the salt water pool facing the ocean. This condo had nice extras like a closet with a cooler and ice packs, a boogie board and snorkel gear, and beach mats and a beach umbrella. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay

Overall, we had a lovely stay in unit 306! The ONLY thing that I found disappointing was that the deck of the unit. It was covered in bird poop and dirt when we arrived. I spent an hour on our first day sweeping and scrubbing the deck so that I would feel comfortable sitting out at the table. The furniture on the deck could also use an upgrade or just a good scrubbing. The positives were definitely the casa's location, environment, and the salt water pool is probably one of the best! The king bed is also a huge plus!
