Alex & Michelle are hands down the best hosts we've ever had, and you won't find a better place to stay in Kona. The location is perfect - just a quick walk to many of the top restaurants in town (no need to drive), and the ocean could not be any closer to the lanai. The condo is spotless and stocked with everything you could need, plus some nice bonuses. Parking and entry are a breeze. If you get the chance to stay here, I can't recommend it enough.

We have stayed at this beautiful condo multiple times. The view is AMAZING and the condo is beautifully remodeled. The communication with the owners is easy and they are friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat. We easily walked into town to shop and eat at our favorite restaurants. We look forward to staying there again!

Alex was incredibly helpful, he also aloud us to check in early since the cleaning lady was finished. The condo is nicely renovated, clean and bright. This is the best location, quite yet short walking distance to town.

My husband and I stayed at this property from May 20th - June 5th, 2 weeks plus! We have been staying in Alex and Michele's Condo since 2012! The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.We like the well appointed kitchen for all the cooking and barbecuing we do. The beach chairs and coolers are very convenient for day trips. So go enjoy we will be going back to take in the nightly sunsets and sounds of the waves crashing on the shores!

Awesome oceanfront condo. The view is amazing! We had to force ourselves to leave the condo. All we wanted to do is sit there on the lanai and watch the waves. It’s within walking distance of downtown and a 20min drive from the airport. Can’t speak highly enough about the location and the view. Alex the owner was extremely helpful too! This is a wonderful condo! It is a short walk to town and in a quiet area. The view is perfect! We spent considerable time just sitting on the lanai watching the ocean. The condo had everything we wanted. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was available. The condo was very clean. There are four bbq’s near the pool. The other guests offered to share their bbqs if they were all in use. Alex is a wonderful host. He sent videos showing where to enter the parking lot, the path from the parking lot to the condo, and how to unlock the door. Those were all very easy but it shows how he goes the extra mile to eliminate any possible hiccups. He also called a day after we arrived just to make sure things were as we expected. We hope to return!

Alex and Michelle are fantastic hosts. Their communication before our visit was so helpful! Their condo has been beautifully updated and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. We loved relaxing on their lanai and watching the surfers and boogie boarders. The views and sunsets were stunning. The location is perfect. We walked to dinner every evening. We also enjoyed the pool and bbq area. We loved their condo so much that we have booked another stay in their gorgeous home!

Amazing!

This condo is perfect for it's views and location. The condo was very clean and well furnished. Alex is an amazing host, providing excellent information and making sure our rental went smoothly. We feel very lucky we found this place.

Incredible Oceanfront Stay on the Big Island!

We had an amazing time staying at this VRBO on the Big Island. The location couldn’t have been better—literally steps from the ocean, with stunning views and the sound of the waves creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation.The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. What really stood out, though, was the host. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering local tips throughout our trip.Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a peaceful, oceanfront getaway with a great host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful week

This condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Alex is a very attentive owner who goes beyond the usual to make sure his guests feel welcome and appreciated. We had one small problem when we arrived but Alex made sure it was quickly remedied. Can’t think of a better place to stay. Thanks Alex.
