The Penthouse of Kona Shores awaits you! This spacious and luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo is the crown jewel of Kona Shores, offering the largest living space at 1,000 sq ft. As the only 2 BR, 2 BA unit in the complex, it offers a level of exclusivity like no other.

From the moment you step through the front door, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful wood entry hall, leading you past a newly remodeled kitchen. The kitchen boasts a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and pantry, as well as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and all the necessary dishes, pots, and pans to make cooking a breeze.

Just a step down from the kitchen, you'll enter a light-filled, open-concept living area, featuring a new queen size hide-a-bed couch and Roku TV to stream your favorite apps. Nice, clean, and spacious. Beautifully updated master bath and excellent location. It was a little far for some in our group to walk to town but there’s a coffee shop just next door and we enjoyed their smoothies. There’s also a beach walking distance. Love that the pool is saltwater. We saw whales one morning from the lanai so we walked down to the pool for a better view. Overall great stay and we’d definitely stay there again.

Wonderfully refreshing stay on the Kona coast

I really loved staying at this condo - the furniture was nice, the beds were comfortable, the rooms (especially the master bathroom) were spacious, and Glen was very quick and responsive as a host. I really appreciated all of the things the condo had stocked - multiple sets of snorkels, beach chairs, umbrellas (both for rain and the beach), boogie boards, every kitchen necessity you could think of...we had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing beach retreat. We rented this condo to participate at the Ironman World Championship-Women's race in October 2023. We were 2 couples using the 2 bedrooms and 1 other lady sleeping on the sofa bed, using the bathroom from the Master bedroom. This place was awesome! It's spacious, fully-equipped, ocean view when you sit outside and off Ali'i drive, 2 miles from the Ironman swim start. 2 parkings spots were included but we chose to walk on Ali'i drive or take Uber when needed. Make sure you read recent reviews of this place, after the renovations to it. Thank you, hope to go back in 2025.

A Weekend to Remember

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at the Kona Shores unit C216 for the Labor Day Weekend, and once again we were elated with our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful renovations that awaited us, new flooring, split A.C. and new features to the kitchen and bath. They also got a brand new sofa bed put into the unit. We had a nice family gathering at the recreation area, with all of the equipment necessary for a safe cookout. There's also a cool and breezy pavilion to sit under and talk story with family. After eating a nice lunch we took a refreshing dip in the pool. The property is very clean and Brad the property manager was very pleasant to work with. It was such an awesome stay! We made so many family memories, it was definitely a weekend to remember:)

This was a great location for our 3 week stay. Close to Kona, with lots of shops. Nice view of the ocean. The wrap-around porch was so nice; we ate our meals out there every day. The condo is a bit dated, and is in need of minor repairs, but all-in-all, we were very happy with the accommodations.

When we arrived we found out that the hideaway bed frame was broken so we put the mattress on the floor. Emailed 2 times and got no response.The contact number was out of service. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Wish there was a door on the master bedroom.
