Villa Kamaria (2016) is a luxury holiday home with a private swimming pool. There are three terraces. The villa is located in a beautiful olive grove. The terrace upstairs has a beautiful view over the valley and the village of Finiki. The luxurious kitchen diner is fully equipped including clean drinking water. On the same floor are the cozy living room, a toilet, a luxurious bathroom and the master bedroom with doors opening onto the terraces with a sea view.
All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets.

2 bedrooms with large terrace with luxury bathroom are on the first floor. From all rooms you have a beautiful view of the sea and the valley.

Both bedrooms have two separate box springs, which can be connected, and have a closet.

A washing machine is available in the garage.

Villa Kamaria stands in the middle of the Natura 2000 nature reserve, in a valley with unobstructed views and a serene tranquility.

You can walk to the Greek tavern Apolafsy.
At 2 kilometers you will find the village of Evangelismos, where you will find an authentic Greek village tavern, and a mini supermarket.

Ideal for families who want to have their own villa together, but still. You also book Villa Elia. These houses are in the same area.

Une villa où rien ne manque et ou tout a été imaginé pour le bien être des locataires ! L’espace piscine est juste parfait et la vue des terrasses ou de l’espace repas extérieur est à couper souffle, on ne s’en lasse pas ! Difficile de quitter la villa le dernier jour !

This is a beautiful, high quality villa set in stunning surroundings. It is impeccably maintained and Joke and her husband the owners are very friendly and attentive and keep the place extremely well.The pool is an excellent size and being full flood design stays almost completely clean for the whole week. Swimming in there in the morning with the sun rising and reflecting over the pool is just magical.The location is perfect being only a few minutes drive from Finikounda and a superb beach, and only a few minutes more drive to Methoni.There is a short stretch of track to get to the property but even that has been much improved since our last visit.Highly recommended

Absolute perfection

Villa Kamaria exceeded all of our expectations. It was even better than the photos and made our stay so enjoyable. So much so that some days we didn't want to go out as the villa, the view, the pool were all too nice to leave. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need for self catering if you wish. The location is wonderful and peaceful, you do need a car to get out and see some of the area. We watched the sunset most evenings over a glass of local wine and it was sublime. Quite honestly, one of the best villas we have ever stayed in and really didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Exceptional Villa ins a Stunning Location

This villa has been designed and constructed to an unusually high standard. The interior fittings are of all of high quality and the decor has been chosen with considerable flair and forethought. The pool is a good size and being a full flood design you can actually enjoy the view while swimming! The view itself is wonderful reaching across the hills and down to the sea and islands beyond. Joanna, the owner is very helpful and lives nearby. This currently rates as the best overall villa we have rented and some of the others were very good indeed

Villa Kamaria is een heerlijke vila op een rustige plek Joke en Hans zorgen er voor dat alles in orde is en zijn prettige eigenaren die echt voor je klaar staan. Het huis voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen en het infinnity zwembad is echt heerlijk. Eigenlijk is het een plek die je het liefst met niemand wilt delen om verborgen te houden. Als je van rust en stilte houd is dit een ideale plek om te verblijven. Er zijn goede restaurants in de buurt die ook in nov nog open zijn en leuke schone stranden.

Wonderful villa. Close to a great beach.

My wife and I stayed at the villa for a week in September. The villa was very clean and the owners easy to deal with. The description on VRBO is accurate. The villa is located with a few others in a quiet olive grove in the small hamlet of Kamaria. The kitchen was quite well-equipped and nicely laid out. The bathrooms and showers were both spacious and there was lots of hot water. The bed we used was quite comfortable. The pool was still reasonably warm at this time of year, despite being unheated. It is big enough to swim a bit. The only issue we had with the villa was the slow wifi. It is good enough for email, but not all our phone apps would work over it. There is a very nice large unspoiled beach with sandy bottom and gradual entry nearby. The village of Finakounta has a good supermarket with most things you need. Although it is possible to walk to the beach and the supermarket, unless you are quite fit you will find the walk back up hill to the villa hard, especially if it is hot. A car is recommended. There are many interesting historic places to visit, such as the castles in Methoni, Pylas and Koroni and Nestor's Palace in Ithoni. Further afield is the ancient city of Messene. The town of Koroni is interesting place to walk around. We would recommend the villa without reservation.

Sehr schöner Urlaub !!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, Villa wie beschrieben, Empfang superfreundlich, die Lage ist für alle die im Urlaub Ihre Ruhe wollen ideal, alles andere kann man erfahren. Wetter war gigantisch ( mit über 40 Grad schon etwas viel) aber der Pool bietet jederzeit Abkühlung. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir verbrachten als Paar 2 schöne Wochen in dieser wundervollen, toll und perfekt ausgestatteten Villa. Es gibt immer Sonne und Schatten durch die überdachte Terrasse, einen großen Sonnenschirm und den wunderbaren Pool. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle einen eigenen Ausgang auf die Terrasse und die Balkone, zu schätzen wussten wir die Fliegengitter und Klimaanlagen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber Joke und Hans, die uns liebevoll empfangen haben und jederzeit für Fragen für uns da waren. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wonderful villa with great pool and beautiful views

We loved that it was quite remote and quiet, and yet very easy to get to Finikounda, Methoni and even Gialova. The kitchen was very well equipped and we ate our meals on the shady balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much appreciated and we made use of the washing machine in the basement too. All in all a great villa. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful week based in this lovely holiday house. The views are stunning. The house is very modern and well equipped with lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is everything you need to prepare, cook and serve food. The nice big shady terrace is a great place to eat. So is the little taverna a 10 min walk away down the track. The air conditioning worked well but because of the very efficient insect screens we were able to leave windows open and take advantage of the natural cooling breeze and rarely used it. The addition of drinking water on tap was a real bonus. Our hosts were excellent - friendly and helpful. We would love to return.

Awesome Villa with beautiful Views

Lovely clean modern villa with all mod cons. It's located in a very quiet area, The only noise around is from the insects....very peaceful. The owners are very accomodating nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended & we will return. So glad we could experience a stay here.
