The hotel was nice enough, but it was off the beaten path a bit and a little hard to find. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was just okay but nothing special. We didn't realize that maid service was by request only, until we noticed a small sign on the bathroom mirror. It would have been helpful to know that when we checked in.

Room was dirty and outdated. There was an apple and banana left in the fridge. Vending machines do not work. Went outside to smoke at 9am before check out and they key had already been reset and i couldn't get back in to our room. Front desk said that wasn't the case. But when my sister came back from an errand at that same time, her key also had quit working.

Facility was clean, staff was courteous. Property and room a bit run down-obvioua water damage to the bathroom door, missing knobs on jacuzzi, stained carpet, curtains, and bedspread in room. Went to turn jacuzzi on after filling and dirt came out of jets so had to clean that out.

Poor customer service /filthy tub

Initially booked a double but then decided to upgrade to a hot tub room upon check in. The water was discolored even after running through once and draining. The tub and jets were filthy leaving scum all over you if you were soaking in it. I called the Fri t desk within a half hour of check in and was told my initial rom was sold out. I asked for reimbursement for just the upgraded price for the disgusting hot tub and was told management would get back to me the following day. Still have not heard from anyone and they have not replied to messages left. My card was charged $43.95 more for the upgrade that we never got to enjoy

Checked in and went to the room. Didn’t even unpack and I saw a bug crawling on the bed. I received a refund and left.
