Location was perfect! After 8 days exploring Glacier & The Canadian Rockies, being literally right next to the airport was amazing. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub, a welcoming entrance area, a nice complimentary breakfast, and slept very well in a comfy bed. Highly recommend this Hotel!

The bed was fine but the linens were average with two very thin blankets. Loved the lobby and staff was very helpful. Worst thing was the WiFi, so slow you couldn’t watch a movie

It is the only hotel on site and more reasonable than others. A lovely property with friendly, accommodating staff. We had a very nice room.

The room was clean but we didn’t receive maid service. Found out we had to request it. Also I suspect the room had a cat as a guest prior to our arrival this caused my allergies to start. I wish they had rooms that Don’t allow pets. Pets in rooms are on par with smoking. Pet unfriendly rooms might be a hit.

Beautiful hotel, stunning lobby and wonderful room that is nicely appointed, great toiletries, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. The decor of this hotel, mainly the lobby, is just stunning and what I would describe as refined rustic. I loved that there were cozy areas in the lobby to sit, very enjoyable. Staff was courteous at check in and check out. It did bother me that at breakfast, staff was friendly and courteous to all the guests, quite chatty in fact, but no one approached me for the same: solo female traveler. Also want to point out that a friend left me a message at the front desk and that message wasn’t delivered to me. I raise because it was an urgent message because they couldn’t reach me on my cell, so this felt like a customer service slip. While the staff was friendly, it felt disingenuous. Location was ok, right off the airport but not within town. Were I to choose again, I’d probably stay in Columbia Falls, which is slightly closer to GNP and seemed a bit more lively of an area. Overall hotel was beautiful and comfortable.
