Welcome to our modern villa, featuring a private pool with a deck and loungers. Located in a peaceful, secure estate near Kamala Beach, the villa is within walking distance of the main strip, where you can find local shops, spas, numerous restaurants, and bars. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the area and the island.
The villa offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area, complete with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and air conditioning. Floor-to-ceiling windows with pool views provide abundant natural light, giving you a true sense of tropical luxury living. High-speed WiFi is available for both entertainment and work.
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures, featuring a refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave, and all essential cookware. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience during longer stays.
There are three elegant en-suite bedrooms, each with a king bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning, and Smart TV for catching up on your favorite shows after a fun day at the beach.
Set in a peaceful area, the development is gated and has guards on-site 24/7. There is a covered carport at the villa for one car.
Daily housekeeping is already included in the rate. The maid will clean and make an amazing breakfast for you on request. The cost of the groceries for breakfast and any other shopping requested is not included in the rate and will be charged with a shopping-delivery surcharge of 15%.
Unlike all other villas in the area, we’ve already included 30kw/day in the rate! Extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per kw used according to meter readings at check-out. To keep the cost down, please be mindful and close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all lights when you leave.
