They need to equip rooms with Microwaves for convenience sake. They should work on Breakfast too, they don't provide it for free.

Please be assured that we take your review very seriously as it helps us to identify areas of improvement. We apologize that our shortage of microwaves impacted your stay. We actually have a limited quantity of microwaves in house; however, we do provide microwave to guest's room upon request. We also don't provide guests with free Continental breakfast since the rate for breakfast-included reservations is different (which is normally CAD20+ depending on the quantity of guests). Nonetheless, we appreciate that you chose and stayed with us. We hope to have a chance to host and win you back with better service and staff performance. The location is fine, easy access to anything downtown but like so many of our communities across this country the homeless hanging around even in the parking lot asking for handouts is annoying. We stayed in room 501 and there is an annoying drip or expansion/contraction of piping that just doesn't go away. Lasted all night. Breakfast in the restaurant was okay.
