Extra Quiet, clean, new, elegant decor

This was my third attempt to find a decent hotel in Kamloops and was very happy with this one. I stayed in a room facing the back hill. It offered excellent privacy, super quiet, elegant decor, clean and new. The hotel does not have a covered entryway so unloading in bad weather wouldn’t be fun. The parking lot is cramped but there is extra parking behind. For food and drinks, They only offer coffee at the front desk. Front desk person forgot my wake up call, woke me up 30 minutes late. I would definitely stay here again (with my own alarm clock)

I was denied my stay when I arrived at the hotel because of an unadvertised policy and left to unavailability at other hotels. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Definitely skip this place!
