The Residence
Designed for relaxed island living, this villa-style condominium features high ceilings, rich mahogany trim, and a comfortable open layout. The interiors reflect a collected island style, featuring original Hawaiian artwork and thoughtfully chosen antique pieces, creating a space that feels warm and uniquely connected to Hawaii. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead to the spacious lanai — a favorite
place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening with ocean breezes. At times, soft Hawaiian music drifts across the resort, adding to the atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with mahogany cabinetry and granite counters, and the living area offers a comfortable space to relax after a day outdoors. The primary bedroom includes a California king bed with serene garden and fishpond views, along with a spacious bath with dual vanities, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Air conditioning is available, though many guests prefer the natural trade winds.

Resort & Beach
Guests enjoy access to the Terrace oceanfront pool, spa, sauna, cabanas, and BBQ area, just a short walk from the residence. This place had absolutely everything we needed. All kitchen utensils and amenities, super comfortable bed, beach gear and perfect location! We had to ride out a pretty big storm for a couple of days and were so grateful for the comfort we could storm watch in! And on nice days it was a short walk to the beach and some excellent snorkeling.

We have stayed in a few Mauna Lani condos over the years and this is the one we will come back to again. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and we did cook. The grounds are beautiful and the view from the lanai captures it all. The G building is ideally located. Donna the host is very quick to respond to inquires and accommodating. This is a great one bedroom condo at Mauna Lani Terrace.

Beautiful spot in paradise

The condo was fantastic! Everything was as advertised and more. Loads of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.), the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It has everything you need for a wonderful, stress free vacation! The Beach Club Access was key in our booking. It is one of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. Great location on the Mauna Lani property. You are walking distance to the main hotel which has great options for B/L/D. We would 100% come back again!

Loved our stay!

Condo was exceptionally well appointed and in a great location. The lanai was fabulous with a great view. This was our first time renting a VRBO property in Hawaii and absolutely loved it. The property manager, Donna Brucato was very attentive and responsive to our questions. We would love to come back again!

Home away from home on the big island

Great property…super clean…extremely comfortable. Easy walking access to great beaches and great restaurants. The pool/cabana area was newly remodeled and underutilized. Had the entire pool to ourselves on multiple occasions. The many fish ponds near the property were cool to walk around as well. Great spot would definitely go back!
