Beautiful Mauna Lani Home with access to the Private Beach Club.

This spacious Hale Honu townhouse has an open floor plan providing 2174 sf. of luxurious living (plus over 400 square feet of covered outdoor lanai). It features 3 ensuite bedrooms and a guest half bath. Villages 619 has mahogany trims and doors, upgraded countertops in kitchen & baths, natural stone flooring on the ground floor and strikingly beautiful hardwood on the stairway & in the upper master suites. The first floor ensuite bedroom is perfect for those who prefer a ground level Bedroom. The downstairs area has two patios - one large patio with a built in BBQ and outdoor dining set, and another private courtyard lanai that can be accessed from the kitchen area. The 2nd floor bedrooms are separated by a long hallway at the top of the stairs are very private. The primary master has a private covered Lanai and a large walk-in closet. All bedrooms have cable TV and bedside Phone Charging outlets (USB A & C).

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen appliances featuring Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf oven, microwave and stainless steel cooktop. Your family / guests can gather around the breakfast bar to keep the conversation going as meals are prepared indoors, or go to the welcoming lanai with its outdoor kitchen.

Beautifull vacation!

Tout a Ă©tĂ© au delĂ  de nos attentes! La maison Ă©tait de toute beautĂ© , il ne manquait de rien. Nous Ă©tions situĂ© dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel trĂšs paisible oĂč nous entendions que les oiseaux!!Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer les propriĂ©taires Steve et Maryanne qui sont trĂšs aimables et disponible! Everything went well with the house except two things. We had trouble with the tv in the living area, the wifi kept going out. Also, the shower head in the downstairs bedroom was AWFUL. I let the host know the second day we were there, but nothing was done til we left. The house is in a great area, close to many tourist areas, and quiet.

The home is in a gated community of the Mauna Lani Resort area which was in a perfect location to explore tide pools and the petroglyphs. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. The hosts provided helpful information prior to our stay, and "how to" instructions during the stay. Access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was perfect since we had 2 young children. Highly recommend!

Amazing rental, well beyond expectations.

This rental was far nicer than the listing shows. The amenities were superb. The location great, gym great, pool great! The outdoor dining was perfect and used for every meal. BBQ was great and easy to use. The linens and beds were far nicer than any other rental I've been in. I guess in short, the place was FANTASTIC!The hosts were always quick to response (I had questions prior to going, none while I was there.) The instruction book and instructions for use were perfect.

The home was lovely and perfect for our multi-generation family. Wonderful location, very well stocked with everything we needed. Every detail was covered in this home. Things you thought you forgot, they were there. The selection of beach equipment was incredible-chairs, umbrellas, towels, sunscreen, beach mats, toys; don't bother packing a thing! Bose sound systems everywhere and every dish, cup, pan and cooking utensil you could ever wish for.The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Well withing walking distance to an impressive little upscale grocery store, small shopping mall and Tommy Bahama restaurant. A little further on (5min drive) was a really nice restaurant, a "baby beach" and walking trails to the Fairmont with more restaurants. The hosts were texting to ask if we were doing well and if we had everything we needed. Any questions I asked were answered within 20 minutes. Do not hesitate!

Return to Paradise – Even Better the Second Time

This was our second time staying at this beautiful Mauna Lani townhouse, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! Steve and Maryanne are impeccable hosts—gracious, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail.The home is perfect for three couples, with spacious ensuite bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing outdoor space. It’s spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and in a prime location with access to the private beach club.We were in Hawaii for a triathlon, and having such a comfortable, well-located home base made all the difference. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this townhouse truly has it all.Thank you again, Steve and Maryanne, for another unforgettable stay in paradise. We can’t wait to return!

Great home base

Beautiful and spacious property. We traveled with our two daughters and their husbands. This 3 bedroom property was perfect for us, plus we chose it because it was in a central location to go north or south for our adventures. Very nice and comfortable and quiet! We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a really wonderful time at Steve and Maryann’s place. Our friends commented that the property is nicer than the photos on the listing. The house came fully stocked with everything you could need for vacation — beach gear (eg snorkels, noodles, boards, beach chairs), full kitchen ware, ample linens and towels, etc. We also had a great time at the beach club and saw several turtles while snorkeling. Steve and Maryann were quick to respond when we asked them questions and helpfully put together a number of guides for exploring the island and resort. All in all, A.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was beyond our expectations. Definitely a 10/10. Would give more if I could . Each room was decorated beautifully. Lots of space . Each bedroom has its own ensuite which is fantastic and so convenient. All the beds were soooooo comfortable. The layout of the kitchen, living room and dining room made for great interactions with all our guests. Lots of seating in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The lanai was great - it had a nice lounge sofa which got a lot of use. Great outdoor dining table and BBQ. We have rented several different properties in Mauna Lani and Waikoloa and this hands down was our FAVORITE. I have been coming to the Big Island for 10 years . It was great having the use of the garage and having dedicated parking was amazing. You could get home late and not have to worry about finding a parking space. Lots of chairs, snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas , cooler bags and chairs to use at the private beach club. Maryanne and Steve were so great to communicate with . They answered every question I had before and during our stay so quickly. They were so easy to deal with . I think they might have gotten tired of me telling them how much I loved their property. My husband who usually doesn't comment on the properties I rent for us - actually kept saying how much he loved this property. I would rent again without hesitation. Great property and fantastic hosts.

Great stay! The unit is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a spectacular vacation. We enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee and family dinners. The beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc were super. Steve was responsive and all communication was excellent.

Fabulous Stay

This is a beautiful property, extensively outfitted, and in an excellent location. The kitchen is has prodigious supplies, dishes, and cooking items. All the bedrooms are comfortably decorated, with each bath fully supplied. Outdoor areas are very nice as well. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy our time in Mauna Lani!

Fabulous Mauna Lani Home

Three couples stayed at this amazing house. We did not want for anything as this home had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things. Beach towels, beach toys, ice chest, beach chairs and even sunscreen for everyone’s use. Beds were very comfortable and there was room for everyone in the living room. The community pool was within walking distance as was foodland. Shampoo was in all bathrooms and even boxes of Kleenex. There is nothing missing in this home. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this property for your Hawaiian vacation.

Better than listed!

This home is even better than the listing!!! I can’t say enough good things about it but will try. Communication with the owners was awesome. We contacted them a few times with questions about the area and ideas on where we could renew our vows in a secluded area. They were so helpful and just in case you are looking for a place to do just that, it’s right down the street and absolutely amazing! The kitchen- beautiful granite, high end Wold stove, vent and wall oven and sub-zero refrigerator. Tons of space. Lots of spices and basics to cook with. Lanai- we spent so much time hanging out together outside. Great dining space and outdoor kitchen for grilling, and comfortable outdoor furniture to have coffee, wine, etc. Three spacious bedrooms each with their own private attached bathroom. Perfect for couples traveling together. The owners suite is beautiful and huge! The bed was firm but very comfortable foam. The garage has plenty of snorkel masks and fins, beach cooler, beach umbrellas and even a few pairs of water socks in case you forget yours. The Mauna Lani beach which is available for your use and free. Not really walkable just a quick 5 min. Drive. We also loved the petroglyph beach which is just north of the Fairmont Orchid for its beauty and privacy but it is definitely not a swimming beach. Tons of beautiful white coral and black lava rock. Just stunning. This is where we renewed our vows. It is 2 min. From the home. This home is a ten!!!
