Years ago, we passed through Kanab on our way to take a take a trip down the Grand Canyon & thought... "What a charming, unique community!" It's moto,"The Greatest Earth On Show" was spot on! It wasn't until (2020) that we realized what a central location it was to many of the National/State Parks/Monuments & "The Grand Circle" where many incredible outdoor activities are just a quick drive from such a really cool town. The "Grand Circle" is a beautiful, vast region located in the Southwestern United States. Encompassing portions of five states – Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada – the Grand Circle contains America’s largest concentration of national parks and monuments, woven together by extraordinary designated scenic byways

Have you visited The Grand Circle? If so, then you know how amazing this area is...if not then get ready for fun, entertainment, hiking, biking, swimming, ATV-ing adventure, friendly locals, history & so so much more!

Kanab is 'the Heart of the Parks' & is the gateway to three national parks- Zion (30 miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) & the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks & Cedar Mountain AND MORE. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike & mountain bike in the red rock country nearby. Relax with a dream vacation & re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made. Kanab, otherwise known as 'Little Hollywood', is home to the Western Legends Roundup every August. This event honors the western movie industry & highlights the 'High Noon' western parade & more. Casa De Paz ll is nestled in the quiet community of La Estancia in the heart of Kanab- within walking distance to town but far enough away that the only sound you'll hear is the sound of your own heartbeat. When you vacation at Casa De Paz ll you also have the use of the private facilities our neighborhood offers~ Indoor pool & hot tub, clubhouse, outdoor pool, gym, spa, and hiking trails right out of our back door. Access hiking/biking to Tom's Canyon & the K-Trail directly from the community trail head just up the street from Casa De Paz ll.

Casa De Paz ll is a newer home that has absolutely stunning views of the surrounding Red Cliff Canyon & in every direction, you will find another beautiful backdrop! Built & furnished with the care & love you would expect in your own home, Casa De Paz ll features 3 bedrooms~ a primary king en suite with a 55” 4k flat screen, a guest king bedroom with a 55" 4K flat screen & a queen bedroom with a 42“ 4k flat screen . Our home can sleep 6 guests very comfortably. We have provided all new linens, towels, pillows, and cozy bedding to make your stay and sleep a dream after a full day of fun. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you should expect to cook a full meal for the family. The living room has ample comfy seating, including reclining sofas, a 65” 4k flat screen with YouTube TV, a Blu-ray player, a large movie collection, & games. The dining table can seat 7 plus 2 seats are located at the island. Our home is equipped with WiFi and Netflix for your use. There is a full-size washer/dryer for your use as well. On the rear patio, there is a gas grill (gas is provided), a fire pit (you must provide wood), and seating to enjoy the amazing panoramic view of Tom’s Canyon.

Kanab was the perfect place to stay while visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, Peek a Boo Slot Canyon and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. This home has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable after a long day. We stay in a lot of home rentals and would definitely put this in top 3. Communication was easy.

This home was amazing! We were able to cook some dinners at home, views of the stars were beautiful, beds comfortable, we swam in the indoor pool at the clubhouse, and walked the trail just down the street. Kanab is a hidden gem, we did a UTV tour, visited coral like sand dunes , and ate a great restaurants, all without having to drive too far! We all loved it, would highly recommend.

My favorite VRBO by far!! The house is in a beautiful, quiet development surrounded by incredible views of red rock. Any thing you could possibly need is provided and the information book for hikes, activities and eats is priceless. I hope we get to return to enjoy again!,

Beautiful Kanab!

Our stay at Casa De Paz was amazing! Tisha was a fantastic host, and was easily accessible to answer questions, and to give us great suggestions. The house was gorgeous and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more! Just the right size for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for us to visit 3 national parks, and we also checked out some local attractions and restaurants in the Kanab area. We will definitely be back!

Great place with many conveniences. Family enjoyed the outdoor space in morning and pool access in afternoon/evening. Nice location to visit zion, bryce, antelope without having to move. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean/cozy.

There are not enough words to say how incredibly amazing this property was. It is beautiful! And every single thing you could possibly every need was in the house - Tisha has thought of everything! I have never stayed at a better VRBO. We stayed for 4 nights and visited Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Northern Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was incredibly convenient and centrally located. And the town of Kanab has so much to offer as well. We feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to spend a little bit of time there. I seriously can't recommend this place enough - I promise you will not be disappointed!

So many little details

Not only was our home exactly as the pictures showed, it had so many little details that made our stay perfect. From laundry supplies to toiletries to kitchen supplies to individual laundry baskets in every bedroom, the owner thought of everything. We were even provided with q-tips, feminine products, makeup remover bags and designated towels. There were extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom and cozy blankets in the living room to cuddle up with. The house was SPARKLING clean!

This is a lovely, very clean, and well-maintained property, both inside and out. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the well-equipped kitchen to books, games, DVDs, and more. There are three seating areas in the backyard. We recommend using them just to hear the birds singing and to watch the moon rise over the cliffs. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful Property

My family stayed here over spring break and loved this house. While the weather did not cooperate for all of the outdoor adventures we had planned, we were really comfortable in the house. The views from the back porch and out the kitchen/dining windows were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook and eat healthy while we stayed there. The beds and bedding were so comfortable that it made it hard to get out of bed in the morning.

Convenient to everything

We rented this property because it was convenient to Kanab with the restaurants stores, etc. it was centrally located between Zion and Page, Arizona. The check-in process was seamless. The house was exactly as described. It was clean. We had two adult couples plenty of room. Everything in the house worked, a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again next time we decide to visit this part of Utah.

Wonderful vacation home

The property is exactly as listed. The view from every room is stunning! It’s a quiet neighborhood and perfect for taking a nighttime walk. Kanab is the perfect place to stay to visit Zion and Bryce. There are also many places to visit in town and the surrounding area. We will definitely rent this house the next time we visit the area.

Top notch accommodations

Beautiful property that looked just like the photos. Immaculate with every detail thought about. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sofa for evening games. We hope to go back sometime. It was amazing!
