Very clean.

Young men at check in was very nice, was a quick one night stay but I will definitely return on my next trip when I’m back in Kanab, room was super clean as well as the bathroom and the bed was very comfy, very satisfied with this property.

Nice place, modern, clean, solid floors on the upper levels, not like a cheap apartment building where the floor creeks when you walk. Sofa area was nice to get us a little more breathing room. Pillows were a little flat for me, but they give you like 10 per room so it was fine.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Central location in town and close to restaurants and stores, right price, comfy bed. The pillows were lumpy though. My biggest issue is with the stall shower. The shower floor was very slippery, worse when soapy. There were no grab bars, a definite safety hazard. I almost fell twice in the shower. Someone is going to fall and then you’ll have a lawsuit on your hands. Fix this! The coffee was good but we had breakfast elsewhere so I can’t speak about breakfast. Except for the shower situation I would definitely stay there again

Where do I start? Staff was extremely friendly and attentive, doing anything they could to make pue stay best and comfortable. Entire hotel super clean and well maintained. We feel like being at home for all 6 days we stayed there. Highly recommended as base place to visits all parks near by

Clean, comfortable and friendly stay in good location to local shopping and restaurants. Large pool and a nice grassy area with picnic tables to just relax and watch the sunset. Will definitely stay again when in Kanab.
