Located in Kanab, Ut. Kanab is located near Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon. This basement apartment has just been finished. Everything is brand new. It is very open, the yard is landscaped and has a spectacular view.

Majestic

This property is a gem. Great location and a stunning view. We watched the sunrise on a beautiful patio with the beautiful flowers all around. Would highly recommend a stay at Kiki’s Kottage. This is a very nice property.

Comfortable base camp in Kanab

Property is in a nice neighborhood close to Kanab. Comfortable beds, 3 queens if I remember. Spacious living/dining room. Kitchenette includes fridge, sink, microwave. The backyard has a grill and table. We enjoyed a fine evening in the back grilling eating and laughing

Close to Zion

This was a bit over an hour from the Visitor’s Center in Zion National Park, but perfect for us as we were vacationing in Sedona, Arizona and didn’t want to drive that far in one day. We got to the rental much later than expected and she left the outside lights on to ensure we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our visit. We were happy to relax in the private backyard after a long day of hiking. The town offered a selection of good breakfast places to get us started on our day exploring the Kanab region.

Visiting Zion and Bryce

The house provided a relaxing place to rest after hiking in Zion or visiting Bryce. The view is amazing and my girls loved the complimentary hot chocolate. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean!

Awesome Family Home

It was just my daughter and I but there's lots of room for a family. 3 beds and two sleeper couches. Clean and beautifully decorated! Very comfortable furniture and beds. We were only there overnight and left early otherwisise we would have enjoyed the cute back yard. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with another couple as we explored Zion park. Lots of room for 2 couples in this VRBO, bedrooms are a good size as is the kitchen, LR and DR. Very clean, lots of extras for morning coffee etc. Comfortable beds, lots of parking room. Host was great to deal with. 2 things to keep in mind: (1) signage to parking area and door is not well lit - watch for it on the left appx 100’ before the intersection (2) unless you’re staying right in the town of Kanab, you’re going to have to drive for food, sightseeing etc and this VRBO is no exception; however still very much worth the short drive to get there.

Cute, quiet & comfy

My brother and I needed nightly accomodations for a large off-road gathering nearby. Kiki's Cottage was perfect for us. Generous seating inside and out. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds made our winding-down from a hard day's rise just what we needed.
