Fun little place, it is an older building of course, so not a lot of sound proofing. Could hear the people all around us. Probably my misinterpretation, but we thought breakfast was an included perk, but it wasn’t. Nice people at the desk, comfy beds, showers never really got hot, but warm was ok in the weather

Great Service at Historic Motel

Historic motel in Kanab that was dog-friendly! Visiting in summer with high temps, Parry Lodge gave us a room surrounded by grass for our pup. Very thoughtful. Loved the property. Walkable to shops in town. Service was impeccable.

This property needs some upgrading as far as the barhroom facilities, the electrical outlets, furniture, etc. Overall, we were disappointed in the facilities. Its like it hasn't changed at all in 50- 60 years.

Basic, classic, clean hotel. The staff were kind. We loved that it had a 12pm checkout. The pool area was nice with trees and fire pits. The pool was a little cold and there was no hot tub.

We had a great time at Parry Lodge. It's unique and homey. It was a nice change from the cookie cutter contemporary hotels we usually visit. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, plumbing and electricity in good working order. We enjoyed the fact that many western movie celebrities stayed here back in the day.

This property is definitely unique which is part of its past storied charm. Although it has been updated with top notch linens, pillows and flooring, it lacks electrical outlets so if you ant special needs bring your own extension cord with some extras. Someone had stolen mine so the tv didn't have one but the staff quickly fixed it. I would stay there again!

A great hotel in a great location. Our family was looking for a place close to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks and other southern Utah and Northern Arizona attractions. Kanab is the perfect location for this. The Parry Lodge was the perfect hotel for the three of us and our dog. Large clean rooms with all amenities, beautiful older buildings, great staff, and the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. We loved everything about the Parry Lodge and it is definitely our hotel of choice in Kanab from hereon forward.

The location is unique. Perfect spot if you want to feel inside a western movie while close to Bryce Canyon and Zion. Kanab has everything you need from restaurants to basic amenities. Rooms are old style (in theme with the place), but have everything you need. Staff is really nice and available to answer all questions. We opted-in for breakfast, which turned out to be a really good choice. Broad selection of both sweet and salty food and also at the restaurant, the staff was really nice. Absolutely suggested to anyone and will definitely come back! Only suggestion is to improve the AC placement. It’s a bit too close to the bed and too strong overnight.
