The Space:

Get ready to bask in the comfort of Desert Skies Escape! Brand new and full of luxury touches, this home will ensure your southern Utah stay is magical.



Living Area - This beautiful home is open concept with a large sectional sofa, leather side chairs, extra large windows, games and puzzles, super fast internet (300+MBS/second), and a 65" Smart TV for access to all your streaming services.



Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking items you need to enjoy meals at home, such as toaster, crock pot, baking dish, cookie sheet, pots and pans, roasting pan and a hand mixer. The space also includes an expansive coffee, tea and cocoa station. Stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen island with seating and a spacious dining area.



Primary Suite (The Blue Room) - The Blue Room has a new king bed, blackout blinds, ensuite bathroom, and a separate entrance to the back patio. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, separate water closet, large walk-in shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, and a walk-in closet.



Guest Bedroom 1 (The Orange Room) - This bedroom comes equipped with 2 queen beds, blackout blinds, a luggage rack and an extra large closet for storage.



Guest Bedroom 2 (The Green Room) - This bedroom comes with one queen bed, blackout blinds, a luggage rack and an extra large closet for storage.



Guest Bathroom - Extra deep tub/shower combination, granite countertops, complimentary shampoo, soap and conditioner.



Laundry Room - Brand new high-efficiency washer & dryer with supplies, storage, and seating bench for shoes.



Backyard- Enjoy the night sky while soaking in the hot tub on the paio while you gaze in wonder at the starry skies of Kanab. Don't forget to enjoy the fire pit and also the BBQ grill for some outdoor cooking and entertaining!

Guest Access:

Keypad lock with camera to open the door. We'll send you a private lock code prior to your reservation. You'll also have full access to the 2-car garage for vehicles, ATV's, or bicycles, with a keypad with camera to access the garage also.



The Neighborhood:

Please be aware that this home is in a newly developed area and there may be some construction going on nearby. Desert Sunrise is located in the Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space or take advantabe of the baseball fields. The park also includes a walking trail - perfect for going on a stroll with your loved ones and pets! There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, ball fields, pool with slides, splash pad, skate park with pump track, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours. Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the hot tub.
