Room was suppose to be handicap accessible. The shower barely worked and the bar was stripped that held the handheld shower head. There is no place to put shampoo or soap except the ground. Not very handicap friendly. TV kept interrupting with weather warnings about Texas and changing the channel. Floors were sticky. Outside was very unkept. Pool and hot tub were not working but were listed as ammenities. Breakfast was skimpy, no fruit, only white bread, no eggs but they had sausage patties, not stocked (no forks or napkins) and tables were dirty.

Not the worst but especially for the price no
So first it's advertised as a king bed it was definitely not a king it was a queen they just have a thin jail like blanket on the bed with sheets the box spring is old and gross the outlet on the lamp stuff doesn't even "stick" the outlets under the lamp /table thing one didn't even have enough power for anything but the lamp my phone charger didn't work nor my straightning iron and the room isn't as big as advertised either I didn't even see a room option for 1 single queen bed just doubles or the king room so not sure if we were ripped off and put in a cheaper room or false advertisement..also the shower couldn't take a bath it was rigged to only come out of the shower head and the tub started filling with water did completely drain.. If it wasn't almost $80 a night I'd have looked past everything and rated it 5*but for the price this is ridiculous especially the room /bed

My complaint was the rook I received had many broken items, there was tons of dirt and dust on many areas. My air unit was covered in dust and dirt. My lamp was wobbly and broken so could not use. My phone was cracked in the room. My bathroom door had a punch hole in it. The sink was cracked. Also I had live baby roaches crawling in the bathroom. It was not what I expected for the price. I was very disappointed in this stay.

Hotel was fine, served the purpose. Rooms were dated. The AC was loud. And it had double beds. They need an upgrade badly. However the staff was great. Water in the room cost $7! Be warned.
