The staff was nice but the place is old an in desparate need up a redo. My room floor was very uneven and fumiture was cheap. AC/ heat unit sounded like a leaky window on a car going down the hiway.

The staff on the night of January 2nd truly needs more hospitality and tourism training. The treatment and the difficulties we encountered during check-in were awful. The check-out process went smoothly, but it was handled by a different employee., The breakfast needed more variety, but the place was clean. You can hear everything from room to room, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. To be honest, my check-in experience was awful. I've never had anything like that happen before, and I've stayed in thousands of hotels.

The room’s furnace was not on, as we entered the room we were greeted by a freezing cold room during our winter stay. I turned on the furnace, which helped to warm up the room, how ever the thermostat was not working properly or something was wrong that the heat didn’t stop at 72 it kept climbing up making the room too hot. Throughout the night I had to get up to turn off the heat since it was too hot, and then turning it on since the room was freezing ( by the furnace/ ac vent there was cold air coming in). Our plan was to come a day before our flight and have a relaxed and restful night before our trip the next day. However this was not the case!

Sadly the breakfast gravy side was cold, muffins seemed stale. The room was very clean. The TV that they replaced in the room was very small. Could not get the climate in the room to stay a normal temp either too hot or too cold.

The room was clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. We used the “Park & Fly” option and that worked out perfectly even with having to be at the airport at 430 am. If you’re looking for something close to the airport for a reasonable rate, I would recommend this property.

great room and great breakfast. i will say there is one front desk guy that is kind of rude, but the other one is amazing. he fired up the shuttle for me at 4am when i had forgotten to reserve it and even brewed me coffee.
