The hot tub was nonfunctional. The noise from the construction and the highway was unacceptable. We literally could not hear TV during the day, at night there were heavy boot steps on the 5th floor. We checked out 6:30 AM because we wanted to get out ASAP. No discount, no points despite our complaints. Bait and switch.

They changed the pet fee from $50 to $75 but the contract I signed said $50, and the front desk staff just said “that’s how it is” with no adjustment nor consideration. This Garden Inn is extremely outdated compared to all others I’ve stayed at, yet more expensive. Hallways reeked.

We appreciate you making it right for the noise and discomfort we experienced in our room due to the construction above us. We have visited your hotel for the past four years and will be coming back. The Hereford restaurant next door is superb!

I had problems with that door lock. I had to ask the front desk twice to get it fixed. The room had two paper cups that were to last two people two days through cups of coffee and taking medications.

Construction early in the morning we stayed 3 night’s and every morning they where unbearably loud furniture outdated bed for a suite was hard the staff was one of the only bright spots everyone was super friendly and the Hereford house is a must eat
