I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this has to be at the top of the list as far as being one of the best, cleanest, updated, staff, and free breakfast. I would rate it a 9.9! I can't think of one thing that could've been better. The rooms are really nice. Bathrooms are big. Everything is so clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Kansas City.

This is probably one of the cleanest, up to date hotels Ive stayed at in Kansas City. Staff were kind and friendly, clean rooms and tasty breakfast

Room was nice and as expected, beds were comfortable (but a little tough to get into as I'm short and they are considerably high off the floor), and the breakfast was great. We had everything we needed at a good price. Location was convenient in a safe, well-lit area. Would definitely stay again.

I tried to cancel this reservation because my son’s surgery was canceled because of the doctor not getting preauthorization. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to cancel within your allotted time frame. I contacted the hotel, as well, but they said there was nothing they could do even considering the situation. It is very frustrating to lose $140 dollars when it wasn’t my fault. It is also frustrating that Expedia really doesn’t care why I needed to cancel. I have another hotel stay booked for for May through Expedia, but I’m considering cancelling and booking with someone else.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn and Suites in Lenexa - Overland Park! Our check-in with the friendly agent was very smooth and quick. We enjoyed staying our very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. We have been traveling a lot attending our daughter’s first college bowling season and have to say out of 5 hotel stays, our stay at this Holiday Inn and Suites has been the best sonfar!
