The pinnacle of a just-fine stay. Location was fine (though will be a lot better when that streetcar is up and running), amenities were fine, cleanliness was fine. I found the price tag to be a bit high for a just-fine stay, even with Gold member benefits knocking the cost down by a good margin. But for Chappell Roan weekend, I guess this existed on the low-end cost-wise of hotels in the area that weren't blatantly run-down. Staff all seemed very nice, and I greatly appreciate them letting me check my bags as I checked out, so I could see some of the museums near the hotel before I left the area.

No one was there to let us in when we arrived. We had to wait for another guest with a keycard just so we could get in to check in. We reserved two queens, which wasn’t available when we checked in. Instead we got a king with a pullout couch. The pullout couch had a dirty sheet on it. Someone did bring up clean bedding for it… Room was otherwise clean, basic, and sufficient for our one night.

Room had crumbs in the chair, dried blood on white bed spread and in the sheets, hair in the tub and very dirty baseboards. Just not what I would expect with what I paid.
