A place with a long history. Thousands of Christians make tours to the world famous IHOUP prayer centers every year…Can’t rescript more.I know you're going to love it here if you experience it for yourself.

This house was a disappointment. Listing notes hottub, pool, and breakfast included- none were true. House smelled noxious the minute we walked in. Suspected marijuana, cat urine, mold, cooking smells, or some combination. The smell never went away, and got worse when the furnace ran (which we couldn’t disable because the thermostat was locked). Generally dirty with hair on the floors and copious number of rugs and even some sunflower seeds trapped in the rug which had clearly not been vacuumed in recent history. A few days before check-in, the host told us they had removed the hottub because neighbors complained. Recommended a nearby community pool, which was nice but 10/person to enter and didn’t have a hot tub. Owner offered a discount on a future stay, but we don’t ever want to stay here again. Beds were comfortable. The firepit was nice to use. We stayed outside as much as possible.

This property was just okay. It wasn’t absolutely horrible and not the worst I’ve seen either but not great either. The upstairs room doesn’t cool very well. It seemed to be bearable once we turned the a/c down and the fans on. I can’t imagine in the middle of summer. The property definitely needs some maintenance. We didn’t try cooking so I didn’t see the available pans. The other stuff and all of the decor was just a hodgepodge of stuff and furniture wasn’t comfortable. We were really only there to sleep, so it was fine. The size suited what we needed. The owner was quick to respond to messages and provide info.

If you are looking for a place to stay that reeks of mold and mildew… Book this listingIf you are looking for a place to stay where the fridge has left over food in it and/or stains… book this listing.If you are looking for a place where your child can look under a table and rug and say “look at all the bugs”… book this listing. If you are looking for a place to stay that is in a sketchy area with terrible lighting, book this listing. At first the owner promised to make it right but communication was ended and when it was brought back up, the owner took back their word. This is not a safe place for families, especially those with small children. It was a terrible experience that I hope nobody else has to go through.

Near KC stay

Overall a good stay. We planned activities in and outside KC. The location was easy to travel from, even if it was tricky to find the first time. One issue was that the thermostat was set too high and we were unable to lower it. After a hot day out and about, the numerous fans weren’t enough to keep us cool. Great communication with the host though.

Loved the well stocked kitchen. Could use more coffee mugs. The main beds are TALL. Was difficult getting in and out of them. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Neighborhood was quiet. Was clean, could use a bit of cosmetic cleanup. Would stay again despite that.

This house is very cluttered and dirty ! I wish I could upload picture's. Cracks in the wall. Thick dust in the house. I asked for a refund on cleaning fees and the host only argues. I would NOT recommend for the proce !

It was ok for the weekend

Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much.

While the inside of this condo unit was nicely appointed, this is definitely in a BAD part of town. We did not feel safe at all leaving our vehicles parked on the street or entering or leaving after dark. The unit also had several cleaning issues including a sopping wet dining room rug, mold filling the bottom catch of the coffee machine, spoiled items left in the fridge from previous guests, and hair from previous guests on the shower walls. The host was very responsive, but I would NOT recommend this rental and would NOT stay here again.

Convenient and clean

This property is very clean and welcoming. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to dining and shopping. Check in was simple. It was great to have a whole house for our family on this trip so that we had a 'home base' to return to and rest between wedding weekend events.

Annual Speing Family Visit

The property was clean with multiple beds for a family to sleep comfortability. The property manager was attentive and easily able to be reached for questions. The two beds on the main floor are rather high and my father-in-law had difficulty getting on and off. I would suggest bringing a stable set of steps to get on and off the beds, if this would be a concern for your family. Overall, the property was well stocked and maintained.

Recommend House

We booked this house for our employees to stay in while working out of state for several weeks. Communication was fantastic and everything went smoothly. The house was very comfortable and had everything they needed. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Relaxed stay close to nature

The property was good overall with all amenities. It is affordable and well maintained property surrounded by trees and a big open field at the backyard. We can sometimes spot some deers coming around in the evening. Nice to major spots, at the same time away from the city crowd. Host was very approachable and responsive and the checkin checkout was smooth. We stayed with 2 families and there was enough space and privacy for everyone. Overall, nice stay. Definitely recommended.

Clean space

The space was as advertised and well maintained. My only negative would be the living room and dinning room furniture. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and the dining room chairs were wobbly. We were afraid to sit in them for fear of them breaking.
